GymTracker Pro is a workout tracker for people who lift. Plan your week, log every set in one tap, rest on a timer that starts itself, and watch your strength climb, on iPhone and Apple Watch. LOG FAST • Log a set in one tap, with last time's weight and reps right beside it • Warm-up and working sets, rep ranges and rest for every exercise • Supersets in rounds, with rest after each round • Bodyweight moves: reps only, added weight or assisted • Swap an exercise mid-workout without losing your sets • Notes where you need them, like "seat 4, pin 3" TRAIN ANYWHERE • Works fully offline: start, log and finish workouts with no signal, and they sync later with the right times • A sync icon on Home shows anything waiting to send STRETCH AND MOBILITY • 70+ stretches, logged as a timed hold (each side if you like), as reps or with one tap • Make any exercise a stretch, and log one-sided moves left, then right • Time any exercise, like a plank or a dead hang REST RIGHT • The rest timer starts after every set • Follow it on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, in your accent color, and on your Apple Watch • 12 timer sounds, from a classic double beep to 8-bit fun • Focus mode shows one set at a time, full screen PLATES, SORTED • See exactly which plates go on each side of the bar • Set up your own plates and bars, with plate math for plate-loaded machines too • Leg press and other plate-loaded machines show the weight on each side PLANS THAT FIT • Build your own plan with any number of days • Start from nearly 50 ready-made programs • Or let the AI Plan Builder write one from a few answers • Ask the AI coach to adjust your plan or add a day, ask for changes, and see every change before it's saved • After 10 workouts, check in with the AI coach once a week: a look at your last 8 weeks, a few quick questions, a report on what's going well and what to work on, and changes you can apply or skip • Days run in order, so a missed day waits for your next workout SEE YOUR PROGRESS • Records for every lift, celebrated the moment you set them • Estimated 1RM and volume charts for every exercise • Weekly volume, volume per muscle and your full history • Share a card of your workout, with your own photo if you like • Each machine keeps its own records, so switching leg press machines never spoils your bests APPLE WATCH • Start a workout on your iPhone, then log sets and follow your rest from your wrist MADE FOR YOU • 300+ exercises to search and filter, plus your own, and every label is yours to change • Dark and light themes, and your choice of accent colour • English and Arabic, with the whole app right to left in Arabic • Try it as a guest, with no account needed • Download all your data as a file, free for everyone • Deleted something? Recently deleted keeps it for 30 days YOUR DATA No ads and no tracking, and your training is never sold. The AI Plan Builder and the AI coach ask before they send your answers or your plan to an AI company, and name the company first. You can turn that off in Settings. Questions or ideas? HappyLifts is a workout tracker built around flexible programming and straightforward workout logging. No accounts, no social features, and no unnecessary AI features. The app is actively developed, and we use it ourselves. Feedback, bug reports, and feature suggestions are always welcome and help us make the app better. HappyLifts doesn't lock you into one way of training. Choose how each exercise is programmed: set weight and rep targets, or use RIR targets for autoregulation. A workout can include exercises using either approach. The interface is clean, sleek, and modern, with an intuitive layout designed to keep workout logging simple. During an active workout, swipe between exercises instead of scrolling through a crowded screen. Track your training history from the Profile page, including previous workouts and overall progress. You can also open individual exercises to review how your performance has changed over time. Optionally save completed workouts, workout duration and estimated active calories to Apple Health. HappyLifts includes the essential tools you need during a session, including configurable rest timers and a plate calculator. A built-in exercise library covers common gym movements, and you can create your own exercises whenever you need something that is not included. HappyLifts Plus is completely optional and unlocks RIR set planning, the plate calculator, and longer chart durations. If you do choose to upgrade, it helps support the app and lets us keep working on new features and improvements. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
