CaliForma watches your calisthenics through the camera and tells you what happened: how many reps, which ones counted, how deep you went, and what to fix next time. Everything runs on your phone. No video leaves the device unless you choose to share a clip. TRAIN WITH THE CAMERA Prop up your phone, get into position, and go. CaliForma counts push-ups, pull-ups, dips, squats, pistol squats, muscle-ups and handstand push-ups, judges depth and lockout, and calls out the fault that matters most: hips sagging, a rushed descent, uneven knees. Static holds are timed and graded too: planche leans, tuck planche, L-sit, frog stand and crow pose. Voice cues keep you in the set instead of looking at the screen. LEARN SKILLS STEP BY STEP Skill ladders take you from your first incline push-up toward planche, front lever, handstand and muscle-up, one measured step at a time. Each step shows what it trains, the form cues that matter, and what to fix when it isn't working. FOLLOW A PLAN Answer a short interview and get a starter program matched to your level, equipment and training days. Sessions land on your calendar with the reps, holds and rest built in. Guided cardio intervals, logged sets and weights for gym work, and a weekly volume view over what you actually did. SEE WHAT YOU TRAINED Every movement knows its primary and assisting muscles. The Progress tab shades an anatomical figure by the sets you logged this week and lists where the work went, so an unbalanced week is visible before it becomes a sore shoulder. WORK WITH A COACH Connect to a coach with an invite link. Share the clips you choose, get feedback on specific reps, receive plans built for you, and message your coach in the app. Coaches use the CaliForma Coach app on the Mac. HONEST MEASUREMENT CaliForma tells you when it could not see the bottom of a rep rather than guessing, and counts a shallow rep as a rep while marking it as such. Three strictness tiers let beginners and strict-form athletes use the same tools. PRIVACY Pose analysis happens on the device. Your account holds your results, your plan and your interview answers; you can export or delete all of it from Settings at any time. CaliForma is free. Pro features arrive in a later release.

About

CaliTimer

Features

You already film your training. CaliTimer gets the real hold time out of that footage, keeps every set in a training log, and exports a clip with the measured time burned in. TIME IT • Record a set in the app, or bring in a clip you filmed earlier with Time a Clip. • Review it on a marked timeline: drag the handles to the exact frame a hold starts and breaks, add a hold, or delete one that isn't real. • On handstand, front lever and tuck front lever, CaliTimer fills the hold time in for you. On everything else you mark it, a couple of seconds either way. Imported clips are always marked by hand. LOG IT • 78 exercises in ten families: front lever, back lever, planche and handstand variations, plus core, legs, push, pull and grip work. Timed holds and counted reps in one place. Can't find yours? Create it. • Build a session from several exercises. Log each set as hold time or reps, with added weight, resistance bands (use several at once) and RPE. Add a note to any exercise. • A rest timer counts down between sets. • Every session is a card in your log that opens into full detail, with your personal bests starred. Your week, time trained, sets and sessions is on the Train screen. • Kilograms or pounds, your choice. SHARE IT • Clip It exports a set as a clip trimmed to the hold, with the real measured time burned into the footage. Choose the typeface, colour, size, background and position, then save it or share it. • Filmed a hold months ago? Bring it in with Time a Clip, mark the hold on the timeline, and log it if it belongs in your record. PRIVACY • Your training data never leaves your phone. • Pose analysis, used for auto-detect, runs on-device with Apple's Vision framework, which returns joint positions — not images. • No account. No sign-up. No analytics. No ads. No third-party SDKs. • Recordings stay on your device and are deleted when a session ends unless you save them to your camera roll. CALITIMER PRO CaliTimer requires a subscription: £4.99/month or £44.99/year, each starting with a 7-day free trial.
