StarCrop

Stop choosing between vertical and horizontal. StarCrop records the full picture, so you can crop to vertical or horizontal later — whenever you need it. Sound familiar? You shoot vertical, and it looks tiny on the TV with black bars on both sides. You shoot horizontal, and it's awkward to watch on your phone. StarCrop solves the "which way do I hold it" problem for good. HOW IT WORKS StarCrop captures a wide 4:3 master using more of your camera's sensor (also known as Open Gate recording). From that one master, export: - 16:9 landscape for TV and YouTube - 9:16 portrait for Reels, TikTok, and Shorts No need to decide at recording time. KEY FEATURES - Full screen everywhere: export both landscape and portrait from one clip - No editing app needed: crop and export inside StarCrop - Frame guides: keep people and subjects safely inside every crop - Re-export anytime: keep the master, regenerate any size whenever you need - Save storage: delete exports freely — the master can always recreate them - Ready for anything: YouTube, TikTok, Reels, TV — and formats you haven't thought of yet Perfect for family moments, kids' events, travel, and everyday vlogging — anywhere you don't get a second take. Video Tape Camera

Video Tape brings the simple rhythm of a camcorder to your iPhone. Start recording, stop, and start again. Each clip joins the same tape, so your movie comes together as you film. Create named tapes for trips, weekends, projects, or everyday moments. Switch between them and pick up where you left off. Make travel dailies: start a tape each morning and capture 1–3 second moments throughout the day. That evening, save the finished video to Photos and watch the day’s footage together with family or friends. • Record in HD or 4K, with supported 24, 30, and 60 fps options for your camera. • Move smoothly between zoom levels with a camcorder-style power zoom. • Use the front or rear camera, with focus and exposure controls. • Record native 16:9 landscape or 9:16 portrait, or choose a classic 4:3 frame, with an optional timestamp. • Preview, trim, remove, and reorder clips when you want to make an adjustment. • Import videos from Photos into your tape. • Share a finished tape as one video, or save it to Photos through the share sheet. Your tapes are stored on your iPhone. No account is required, and there is nothing to buy. Capture options depend on your iPhone and the selected camera.
