Ocras

You don’t need another fasting app begging for your attention and tracking your data. Ocras is a simple fasting app built around one question: am I eating right now, or fasting? Set your eating window once, add a widget to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Apple Watch, and that’s pretty much it. Ocras works out your current fasting state from your schedule and shows it at a glance. There’s no need to start or stop a fast manually. No notifications telling you when to eat. No account to create. You shouldn’t have to open the app several times a day just to keep a fasting timer accurate. If it’s 3pm on a Tuesday, Ocras should simply be able to tell you at a glance whether you’re inside your eating window, without you unlocking your phone. What Ocras does * Set a different eating window for each day of the week, or use the same schedule every day * Choose from common schedules like 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD, or make your own * Add widgets to your Home Screen and Lock Screen * Add widgets and complications to your Apple Watch * Choose from different widget styles, including the original designs, retro-inspired widgets and vaporwave themes * Check your fasting status without opening the app * Works completely offline - no cloud needed What Ocras deliberately does not do: * There are no notifications. * There’s no social feed or sharing. * There’s no account to maintain. * There’s no internet connection required for the core app (only if you want to unlock the additional widgets). * Your schedule and fasting data stay on your device - Ocras does not track anything about you. The aim is to keep Ocras useful without turning fasting into another thing you need to manage. Still growing: I’m continuing to add new widget designs, including more customisation options, and support for longer multi-day fasts is planned too. For now, Ocras is intentionally small: set your schedule, put a widget somewhere useful, and get on with your day. Set once. Glance when you need it. Happy fasting!

About

Steadied

Steadied is a cycle, hormone, and symptom tracker for PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, PMS, perimenopause, postpartum recovery, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, and menstrual migraine. It isn't a fertility tracker or contraceptive. Patterns take cycles to surface. Steadied makes that wait worth it: insights built over months can be the kind a clinician will engage with. PRIVACY BY CONSTRUCTION β€’ No accounts, no sign-up, no tracking β€’ No servers β€” your data is not sent to us β€’ No third-party analytics, no advertising IDs β€’ iCloud sync uses your private database (end-to-end encrypted by Apple) β€’ Panic Delete clears covered cycle/report data: this device, your iCloud, and the suite slice BUILT FOR CHRONIC-ILLNESS AUDIENCES Pick PCOS, endometriosis, adenomyosis, PMDD, PMS, perimenopause, postpartum, hypothalamic amenorrhoea, menstrual migraine, or "tracking only" during onboarding. Steadied tailors the symptom set, the language, and the insights to your conditions. Change them any time. Inclusive language preference (default neutral; non-binary and trans-masc options). PERIOD, SYMPTOM AND PAIN LOGGING Five flow levels, birth-control checks, treatments, a curated 40-symptom catalogue filtered to your conditions, custom symptoms, 1–10 severity sliders, optional notes, and a Pain map for body-location pins. Edit any past day from the calendar. METHOD TRACKING Track birth-control method, start date, daily reminders for daily methods, and cycle-suppression context. Steadied is still not contraceptive advice. CALENDAR WITH IRREGULARITY-AWARE WINDOWS Logged periods show as filled circles, your next-period window as a dashed outline. When your cycles vary by more than ~5 days, Steadied widens the window to a range β€” no false confidence on a single date. Common with PCOS, perimenopause, or postpartum. INSIGHTS Free: β€’ Cycle rhythm β€” average length, range, honest prediction windows β€’ Phase patterns β€” symptom severity, energy, and sleep averages per phase Steadied+: β€’ Before-period changes β€” baseline vs pre-period 3-day average, worst-day offset, cycle count β€’ Cycle rhythm drill-downs β€” trend, irregularity signals, year timeline β€’ Symptom Patterns β€” top symptoms by phase and date heatmap β€’ Pain Locations β€” cycle-linked body-map pain summaries β€’ Body Signals β€” sleep, resting HR, HRV, and wrist temperature by phase β€’ Doctor Reports, scheduled reports, CSV export, and curated symptom renaming REPORTS FOR YOUR CLINICIAN Single-file PDF: cycle history, bleeding pattern, phase analysis, premenstrual pattern, length trend, symptom log summary, treatment context, and pain locations when logged. Scheduled Doctor Reports are included in Steadied+. APPLE WATCH APP & WIDGETS Standalone Watch app with phase, cycle day, flow picker, symptom quick logging, flare/context chips, and daily birth-control or treatment check-ins when configured. Five iOS widget families plus four watch complication families. APPLE HEALTH Read-only menstrual flow and spotting import, plus wearable readings when available: resting heart rate, sleep, HRV, and wrist temperature. Steadied never writes back to Apple Health by design. BACKUP, RESTORE & EXPORT Free JSON backup and restore for cycle, symptom, pain-map, treatment, report, and wearable data with Merge or Replace modes. Restore requires iCloud Sync to be fully off for the current launch. Automatic backups can write to iCloud Drive. Steadied+ adds CSV export. PRICING Steadied+ is a one-time Β£29.99 purchase. Family Sharing eligible. No subscription. No "trial expired" messaging. SAFETY Steadied is not a medical device. Period-date estimates are based on your own data and are not contraceptive. Do not use Steadied for fertility planning, conception, or contraception. If you are concerned about your symptoms, consult a clinician β€” do not wait for the app to surface a pattern.
