You don’t need another fasting app begging for your attention and tracking your data. Ocras is a simple fasting app built around one question: am I eating right now, or fasting? Set your eating window once, add a widget to your Home Screen, Lock Screen, or Apple Watch, and that’s pretty much it. Ocras works out your current fasting state from your schedule and shows it at a glance. There’s no need to start or stop a fast manually. No notifications telling you when to eat. No account to create. You shouldn’t have to open the app several times a day just to keep a fasting timer accurate. If it’s 3pm on a Tuesday, Ocras should simply be able to tell you at a glance whether you’re inside your eating window, without you unlocking your phone. What Ocras does * Set a different eating window for each day of the week, or use the same schedule every day * Choose from common schedules like 16:8, 18:6, 20:4 and OMAD, or make your own * Add widgets to your Home Screen and Lock Screen * Add widgets and complications to your Apple Watch * Choose from different widget styles, including the original designs, retro-inspired widgets and vaporwave themes * Check your fasting status without opening the app * Works completely offline - no cloud needed What Ocras deliberately does not do: * There are no notifications. * There’s no social feed or sharing. * There’s no account to maintain. * There’s no internet connection required for the core app (only if you want to unlock the additional widgets). * Your schedule and fasting data stay on your device - Ocras does not track anything about you. The aim is to keep Ocras useful without turning fasting into another thing you need to manage. Still growing: I’m continuing to add new widget designs, including more customisation options, and support for longer multi-day fasts is planned too. For now, Ocras is intentionally small: set your schedule, put a widget somewhere useful, and get on with your day. Set once. Glance when you need it. Happy fasting!

Most hydration apps encourage you with a cute cup emoji. This one tells you the truth: you're desiccating. There's a record. It's not flattering. Fix it. Hydrate or Diedrate is a water tracker with a dark sense of humor, a stark editorial aesthetic, and notifications that read like official dehydration notices. Built for people who find wellness apps insufferably cute. Track your daily water intake. Log fast, from the app, a widget or your wrist. Watch your status climb from Desiccating to Properly Hydrated. Receive reminders with appropriate gravity. THE RECORD – Daily goal in oz or mL – Status system: Desiccating → Preserved – Streaks, Trials, Commendations and a full daily archive – Apple Health sync – Custom reset time, so the record follows your schedule instead of midnight – Light, dark, or as your device has it NOTICES – Up to four daily reminders, at the times you choose – Copy that adjusts to the time of day and how far behind you are – Once the goal is met, the rest of the day's reminders stand down – Over 90 hand-written notices. The skull does not repeat itself. – Delivered silently. The skull does not require fanfare. APPLE WATCH – Today's record on your wrist – One tap logs a drink. The phone is informed. WIDGETS – The Specimen, free: the skull fills with water, in your app icon's colours VESSELS (requires Preserved) – Join or start a private group of up to six – A weekly anonymous tally of who remains preserved – No names. No rankings. No feed. PRESERVED — LIFETIME ACCESS One-time purchase. No subscription. The Ledger, The Vessel and The Record widgets · Apple Watch complications · Vessels · Custom quick-log amounts · Full history and weekly insights · The full notice archive · Alternate app icons ACCESSIBILITY Full VoiceOver support. Every control named. Every day on the calendar states its own condition rather than relying on colour. Reduce Motion respected. Contrast and Dynamic Type supported throughout. Private by default.
