GR Snap is the iOS companion app for Ricoh GR cameras. Browse photos on your camera, transfer full-resolution originals, add location data as you shoot, create framed images for sharing, and take still photos remotely from iPhone or iPad. Main features - Wireless transfer: JPG, DNG, and MOV formats. Single or batch download, saved directly to your Photos library. - Geotagging: send your device's location to the camera over Bluetooth as you shoot. Route history stays on your device and can repair missing locations after photos are downloaded. - Share styles: choose a canvas ratio, photo frame, brand overlay, camera model, and shot info before sharing. You can always share the original files unchanged. - Remote still-photo shooting: use your device as the viewfinder, compose, focus, and release the shutter from a distance. - Lock Screen and Dynamic Island progress: see download status while the app is in the background, and get a notification when each one finishes. - Camera parameter sync: aperture, shutter speed, and ISO update in real time, and can be changed from the app. - End screen (GR IV): choose one of your own photos for the screen your camera displays when it is turned off. Needs the latest camera firmware. - Batch select: swipe to select multiple photos, then download or share them all at once. - Pinch to view at actual size. Compatible cameras Ricoh GR III, GR IIIx (including the HDF Edition), and GR IV support wireless transfer, Bluetooth wake, geotagging, live view, and remote still-photo shooting. GR II supports manual Wi-Fi transfer only; Bluetooth wake, live view, and remote shooting are unavailable. It cannot receive your location while you shoot, but GR Snap still records your route on the phone and adds the missing locations when you download over Wi-Fi. Works without upgrading your camera firmware, except for the end screen setting. Privacy Photos and saved routes stay on your devices. Location data is sent only to your camera, and photos are not sent to a server. The app does not collect information that identifies you. Interface languages English, German, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, and Spanish.
