Repp is your companion for strength training, whether you're just starting out or have been lifting for years. Track every workout for free, at the gym, in your home gym, or with no equipment at all. And when you want a clear roadmap, the AI builds you a training plan that fits your age, your level, and your equipment. TRACK WORKOUTS (FREE) Start a workout and log sets, weight, and reps with a single tap. The rest timer starts automatically. If you like, rate how hard each set felt (RPE). The weekly overview shows your workout count and total volume, and your recent sessions sit right on the Home tab. FOR EVERY LEVEL No experience needed. Before your first plan, you answer a few questions about your health: your age, injuries, and limitations go straight into the plan. Over 100 exercises come with instruction images so you can perform every movement safely. No gym? No problem. Repp also plans for your home gym or entirely with your body weight. And your plan explains everything in plain language. AI TRAINING PLAN (ONE-TIME PURCHASE) Answer a few quick questions about your goal, level, days per week, workout length, and equipment. From that, the AI builds a structured plan with training days, exercises, sets, and rep ranges. The plan runs over several weeks as a mesocycle, a training block where weight and volume increase step by step. A deload week, a deliberately lighter week for recovery, is built in. Every plan includes safety limits on weights and a medical notice. Prefer to do it yourself? Build your plan entirely by hand. And as a PDF you can take it anywhere, printed too. HOW YOUR PLAN IS BUILT Every plan follows established sports science principles: progressive overload, sensible rep ranges, and a planned deload week for recovery. What you share about your age, health, and injuries shapes the exercise selection. Safety rules also cap the starting weights, and every plan includes a medical notice. An AI plan is no substitute for medical advice. PROGRESS & STATS Volume trends, a heatmap of the muscle groups you train, your body weight history, and the progress of individual exercises. Repp detects personal records automatically, so you see every new best right away. ACHIEVEMENTS & MOTIVATION Collect badges for streaks, records, and more, as bronze, silver, and gold medals. Share your highlights with a single tap. LIVE ACTIVITY Your active workout runs on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island, exercise image included. Rest timer and current set always in view, without ever opening the app. PRICING All workout tracking is free and stays free. The AI training plan is a one-time purchase, no subscription and no hidden costs. Your plan is yours to keep. YOUR DATA Your training data lives on your device and is transferred encrypted when syncing between your devices. No ad profile, no selling your data. Workouts can optionally sync with Apple Health. The answers from the health questionnaire are used only to create your plan. Repp is available in English, German, and Russian. Download Repp and turn every workout into real, visible progress.
