Pith vs Inki

A task manager that sorts for you. Say what needs doing and it lands in the right quadrant — urgent or not, important or not — worked out from your words, not from a form. The Eisenhower matrix, with the hard step done for you. FOUR QUADRANTS, ONE INBOX • Do first — urgent and important • Schedule — important, but not urgent • Delegate — urgent, but not yours to do • Eliminate — neither IN EVERY VERSION, INCLUDING FREE • The full matrix, with drag-and-drop between quadrants, and a plain list when you want one • Now — the single next thing, without the rest of the backlog • Projects — up to two, to group work that belongs together • Deadline reminders, and a daily summary of what's urgent • Stats — what you cleared, your streak, where the time went and what you dropped without regret • Eleven languages: English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Turkish, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese • No account required. Your tasks stay on the device. PRO — SORTED FOR YOU • Say it, it's sorted. "Draft the report by Friday" becomes a task with a deadline in Do first — the assistant works out the urgency and the importance from what you said. Simple commands are understood by Apple Intelligence on your device and never leave it. • Cloud sync across your devices • Unlimited projects and the full calendar view • Workspaces — invite people with one link, everyone sees the same matrix, updated live • Real delegation — hand a task from the Delegate quadrant to a member and it lands in their list, with "Assigned to me" and "I delegated" views so nothing falls between you PRIVATE BY DEFAULT No advertising. No analytics SDK. No third-party trackers. Data travels encrypted and is stored in the EU. Sign in with Apple, sign in with Google, or don't sign in at all. PRICING Pith is free forever, with no ads.
