WristMark is the private meeting companion built for iPhone and a paired wrist app. Record from your wrist, mark critical moments with a simple gesture, transcribe offline, and summarize with optional on-device Local AI or the AI endpoint you configure. WRIST-FIRST RECORDING & TIMESTAMPS Meetings are not the place to fumble with your phone. Start recording from the wrist app with one tap. When something important is said, use a quick tap gesture to plant an instant timestamp — hands-free, screen-free, and silent. During playback on your iPhone, jump to any marked moment in a single tap. No scrubbing. No guessing. ON-DEVICE TRANSCRIPTION — NO INTERNET REQUIRED Transcription runs on device using system speech technology. No audio is ever sent to a server by WristMark. Works fully offline. When the operating system improves on-device speech models, simply re-transcribe existing recordings to benefit from the latest accuracy gains. VOICE MEMO IMPORT No wrist recording available? No problem. Import recordings directly from Voice Memos using the system Share Sheet. Every imported recording gets full transcription, timeline view, and archiving — everything WristMark offers. MULTI-SEGMENT MERGE & ARCHIVE Interrupted by a call? Took a break mid-meeting? Recorded the afternoon session separately? WristMark lets you merge multiple audio segments into a single meeting archive. Organize by project or date. Clean, searchable, and friction-free. FASTER, MORE RESPONSIVE HOME Get back to your meetings sooner. WristMark shows the first part of your meeting history without waiting for the entire archive to load, keeps meeting actions responsive while the rest is recovered in the background, and makes the first recording easier to start when your home is empty. New meetings, summaries, and merged archives stay reflected in the home screen as they become available. LOCAL AI SUMMARIZATION Use the optional Local AI model for supported on-device summaries after downloading it in Settings, or connect any OpenAI-compatible API endpoint — your company's private LLM, a self-hosted model, or a third-party key you control. Local AI runs on your device. API requests are initiated by you and sent directly to your chosen endpoint. For summaries, transcript polish, or classification through a configured endpoint, WristMark sends transcript text, markers, meeting duration, and recording type. Audio files are not sent to the AI endpoint by WristMark, and meeting data never passes through WristMark's servers. WHO IS WRISTMARK FOR? - Professionals in high-frequency meeting environments - Students attending lectures, training sessions, or seminars - Enterprise users with strict data confidentiality requirements - Users who want fast wrist-first capture PRIVACY & SECURITY - Transcription runs on device - Optional Local AI summaries run on device after model download - Audio files are never sent to WristMark servers - Third-party AI summaries use user-initiated requests to your own API endpoint - No analytics, no user tracking, no account required LEGAL Terms of Use (EULA): https://wristmark-app.github.io/legal/terms.html Privacy Policy: https://wristmark-app.github.io/legal/privacy.html

CALENDARS & MEETING REMINDERS Choose Apple Calendar calendars, including synced Google accounts. Set optional reminders, timing, sound and title privacy. Mute recurring series or notify only for invites with meeting links or dial-in details. Choose a meeting to use its title and invited-name suggestions. Recording starts only when you choose Record. Synopsule turns your iPhone and Apple Watch into a private transcription studio. Record any conversation, see a live transcript as you talk, and when you stop, see who said what - all on your device. Everything runs locally by default. Your audio never gets uploaded. RECORD ON iPHONE OR APPLE WATCH Tap record on iPhone for live transcription while you talk. Start from Apple Watch when your phone is not in hand, pause or resume, add markers, and send the saved recording to your paired iPhone for local processing. TRANSCRIBES LOCALLY WITH WHISPER OpenAI's open-source Whisper model runs entirely on your iPhone, optimized for Apple silicon. Choose a model size that fits your phone, from a fast compact model to a larger high-accuracy model. The download size is shown up front, and the model runs on-device once installed. LABELS AND RECOGNIZES SPEAKERS When a recording finishes, Synopsule figures out who said which line and assigns colored speaker labels on device. Name speakers and reuse saved voices across recordings. Voiceprints stay on your iPhone. NOTES AND FLAGS, ANCHORED IN TIME Jot notes while you record or read. Each note is pinned to the moment, so tap to seek straight back, and your notes can feed into the AI summary as context. Drop a flag on anything worth finding again and give it a label. OPTIONAL AI SUMMARIES, ON YOUR TERMS Press Summarize, pick a template, and get a structured, speaker-aware recap with action items and open follow-ups. Then choose where it runs: - Bring your own OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google Gemini key. Transcript text goes directly to that provider. - On an Apple Intelligence-capable iPhone, summarize on-device when available. - Or subscribe to Synopsule Pro and run summaries without managing your own key. Synopsule names the destination and asks consent before any text leaves your phone. Your audio is never sent anywhere - only transcript text, only when you ask. You can revoke consent any time in Settings. POWERFUL PLAYBACK AND EDITING Tap any line to jump to that moment in the audio. The transcript follows along as it plays. Fix a word or reassign a speaker inline whenever you like. SEARCH EVERYTHING Full-text search runs across every transcript. Filter by who spoke using speaker: queries to jump straight to the right moment. EXPORT ANYWHERE Export to Markdown, Word (.docx), plain text, SRT and VTT subtitles, or interactive HTML. You can also send a transcript straight into Obsidian or Apple Notes in one tap. Choose what to include: timestamps, speaker labels, grouping by speaker, and the AI summary. PRIVACY YOU CAN VERIFY - iPhone microphone audio is captured and transcribed on your iPhone. - Apple Watch recordings are stored locally on the Watch until transferred to your paired iPhone for on-device processing. - Transcripts live in protected app storage. Delete any recording whenever you want. - No ads and no cross-app tracking. Optional anonymous product analytics can be turned off in Settings. SYNOPSULE PRO (OPTIONAL) Subscribe monthly ($4.99) or yearly ($39.99) to run AI summaries without managing your own API key. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled; manage or cancel any time in Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions. The same subscription works on Synopsule for Mac. Requires iOS 17 or later. Apple Watch recording requires watchOS 26 or later and a paired iPhone. Read the full privacy policy at synopsule.com/privacy.
