Instantly see how much time has passed since you last did something so you can make confident daily decisions without guessing. Did you empty the trash 2 days ago or 10 days ago? Knowing the exact time elapsed gives you the context to make the right call without relying on memory. Whether you need a reliable last time tracker, a flexible routine log, or a clear visual of your home, pet, and health statuses, DoneAgo keeps your life organized. HOW IT WORKS Tap to update: After you finish an activity, tap the card to update its status. The timer resets and records the exact timestamp automatically. Track by states: Define custom states that change over time (e.g., Cleaned/Dirty, Fed/Pending, Done/Due). Notes: Attach specific notes to any logs so you remember the exact context later. OTHER FEATURES: Photos: Attach a photo to any log so you can see what actually happened at a glance, not just rely on memory. Automation: Set a time threshold per state. When time runs out, DoneAgo automatically advances the status on its own (e.g., Watered automatically moves to Needs Water after 3 days). Widgets: Pin your status tracker directly to your screen. Check how long it's been and update it with a single tap without opening the app. Apple Watch: See how long it's been right on your wrist, and tap a tracker to log it without reaching for your phone. Logging from the watch is included with Premium. Notifications: Receive alerts only when a tracker has been stuck in a certain status for too long. Your rules, your thresholds. Visual History Log: View historical patterns over time to see the natural rhythm of your routines. Fully Customizable: Organize everything by custom categories (Home, Health, Pets, Hobbies). Ad-Free Experience: No annoying ads or pop-ups interrupting your dashboard. Stop guessing when you last did something. Open DoneAgo, look at the relative time, and make the right decision for your day. Privacy Policy: https://doneago.com/pages/privacy Terms and Conditions: https://doneago.com/pages/terms

CUEit is a minimal, private routine timer for moments when timing matters but watching a timer gets in the way. Build your own reusable timed sequence for coffee, cooking, exercise, practice, skincare, or any routine with steps at specific moments. Run it, stay present with what you are doing, then use it again whenever you need it. Your slots stay stored locally on your device. BUILD YOUR OWN CUES Each slot is a timer you shape around a real routine. Add cues with a title and exact timestamp. A cue can be anything: pour, stir, rest, flip, stretch, check, or stop. Create the sequence once, then return to it whenever you need it. To add a cue, open a slot and tap the plus button. Tap a cue title or time to edit it. Press and hold a cue title to delete it. To rename a slot, tap its title on the main screen. Press and hold a slot to delete it. KEEP TIME WITHOUT WATCHING A large countdown always shows the time until your next cue. The top-right clock shows total elapsed time, like a quiet stopwatch. Your cue list stays visible throughout the session, with the current cue highlighted as the timer moves forward. When a cue arrives, its title fills the screen so it can be seen at a glance. A sound alert is available with CUEit Access. When enabled, a clear chime notifies you at each cue even when your attention is elsewhere. MADE FOR REPEATED MOMENTS CUEit is not a generic timer. It is a small library of timing structures for the things you do again and again. Use it for a pour-over coffee, a workout set, cooking pasta, a stretching sequence, an instrument practice session, or any personal ritual with a rhythm worth remembering. PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account. No login. No ads. No social features. No cloud sync. No internet connection required. Your slots and cues stay only on your device. CUEit is for routines where timing should support the moment, not take you out of it. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

Verdict

The call

The clearest difference is monetization model: CUEit at free against DoneAgo's freemium. CUEit also leads on rating (5.0 vs 4.8) and iOS requirement (15.0 vs 17.6). DoneAgo's advantage is ratings volume (5 vs 1) and device support. On price and in-app purchases there is nothing between them.

ReceptionRating · Positive reviews · Number of ratings

CUEit holds the better App Store score, 5.0 against 4.8. That said, the two scores are not equally well evidenced: DoneAgo has 5 ratings behind it against 1, so its average is the more settled of the two.
