You found a dark patch on the bathroom ceiling and cannot tell whether to scrub it or call someone. Moldless gives you a starting point in a few taps. Take a photo or pick one from your gallery. The app looks at the colors and texture of the image on your phone and shows a rough estimate of the possible mold type, with a Low, Medium or High risk label. It is an estimate from color, not a lab result, and it can be wrong. HOW A CHECK GOES 1. Take a photo or choose one from your gallery 2. Confirm the image and tap Analyze 3. Read the result, then open the removal guide FEATURES AT A GLANCE - Five common household types: black, green or blue, white, pink and yellow - A removal guide for each type with ordered steps, a supply list and safety warnings - A call-a-professional notice on the types where cleaning it yourself is not recommended - Safety wording you can act on: ventilate first, wear gloves and a mask, dilute bleach 1:10, and never mix bleach with ammonia, vinegar or other cleaners - A History tab that keeps past scans on your phone. Long-press one to delete it, or clear them all - Reads in English, Korean, Japanese or Simplified Chinese, whichever your phone is set to WHEN THE PHOTO LOOKS CLEAN If no typical mold pattern is found, the app says so and adds that this is not a guarantee. A musty smell or lasting dampness still counts as possible mold. THE AD, AND YOUR PHOTOS Moldless is free. It shows one small banner at the bottom of the History tab and nowhere else, so the scan, result and guide screens stay clear. Where the law requires it, for example in the EEA, a consent form asks about ads before one loads. On iPhone the system tracking prompt appears only if that choice allows it, and the app works fully whichever way you answer. Your photos and scans are analyzed and stored on your phone and are never uploaded. The only network traffic the app causes comes from the ad and its consent form. LIMITS OF THE ESTIMATE Moldless is for reference. It does not diagnose anything, does not name a species with certainty and does not replace medical or professional remediation advice. Severe or widespread mold calls for a licensed professional, and see a doctor if symptoms persist after cleanup. Questions or feedback: contact+moldless@peppertree.so

Did a repo agent break into your garage, cut a lock, or keep going after you said stop? Repossessions happen fast. Under the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC 9-609), a lender or its agent cannot take a car by "breaching the peace," and the personal property left inside has to be returned. But weeks later, when a consumer attorney or your state attorney general asks what happened, the details have blurred. Carcept is a private place to write it down while it is fresh: each event, what the agent did, what was said, who saw it, and every item left in the car. WHAT YOU CAN RECORD - Each event: date and time, the location in your own words, who took the vehicle, and the creditor it was for - A breach-of-peace checklist: forced entry to a closed garage, a cut lock, threats, being blocked in, an ignored objection - you record what you observed - The exact words said, and any witnesses - A personal-property inventory of everything left in the car, with your estimated values and a recovery status: pending, returned, or refused - Follow-up communications as you push to get your property back REFERENCE, ON YOUR PHONE A plain-language reference to UCC 9-609 and a 50-state guide to repossession rules - the breach-of-peace standard, notice requirements, and the return-of-property rule - drawn from public statutes. It is general information so you can read the law yourself; it does not decide whether your repossession was lawful. FREE - Record up to 10 events and communications, each with the full breach-of-peace checklist and property inventory - The complete read-only timeline of what you logged - The UCC and 50-state repossession-law reference, in full - App Lock with Face ID, free for everyone PRO - 9.99 USD per year, with a 14-day free trial - Repossession evidence timeline PDF: dated events with your breach-of-peace notes, verbatim record, witnesses, and the property inventory, organized for a consumer attorney - Personal-property recovery demand letter (a template) listing the items held in the vehicle and requesting their return, with a reminder to have an attorney review it - Unlimited events, communications, and property items - Home and Lock Screen widget showing items pending, returned, or refused LIFETIME - 24.99 USD once - Everything in Pro, one purchase. WHAT CARCEPT IS NOT - Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the CFPB, the FTC, or any government agency; any lender, repossession company, or collection agency; or any law firm. - It does not give legal advice, does not decide whether a repossession was lawful, does not predict any outcome, and does not recommend attorneys. The references are general information only. - It records the event and the conduct you observed, plus the property inside - never auto-loan account details like an account number, balance, or payment history. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Your records live on your iPhone - there is no account and nothing is uploaded to a server. Beyond PDF generation, the app has no built-in export, import, or backup; your data is included in iOS Backups (iCloud Backup or Finder) when enabled, and if you delete Carcept without one your records are permanently lost. Face ID lock is available in Settings. Carcept is designed exclusively for iPhone. WHERE TO GET HELP (in the app) - Consumer Financial Protection Bureau: consumerfinance.gov - Your state Attorney General's consumer-protection office - NACA consumer-advocate finder: consumeradvocates.org SUBSCRIPTION TERMS The annual subscription auto-renews until canceled. Renewal is charged within 24 hours before the period ends unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours prior. Payment is charged to your Apple ID.
