Elixr vs Affirmations

Elixr is a supplement tracker with absorption science built in. It flags the supplements in your routine that cancel each other out — and shows you the study behind every note. Most trackers just buzz at you at 9am. Elixr knows that calcium blocks iron, that zinc and copper compete for the same pathway, and that coffee cuts iron absorption — and it tells you when you've put two of them in the same time slot. FLAGS COMBINATIONS THAT CANCEL OUT 15 research-backed interaction pairs, each with a one-tap link to the study on PubMed. Plain language, no jargon, and a clear note that this is information — not medical advice. TIMING TRAVELS WITH EACH SUPPLEMENT Set the conditions once: with food, on an empty stomach, needs a fat-rich meal, away from coffee and tea. Assign it to a time of day and Elixr checks the fit — something that needs food, dropped into a slot without it, gets flagged right on your Today screen. Start typing and Elixr recognises 61 common supplements and fills in their usual conditions for you. REMINDERS THAT FOLLOW YOUR REAL SCHEDULE Every day, chosen weekdays, or every few days — with start dates, end dates, a pause while you take a break, and as-needed items that never nag. Each notification lists exactly what's due. Mark everything taken, or snooze 30 minutes, without opening the app. HOME SCREEN WIDGET Small, medium or large. See what's still due, tick off a single supplement, or mark a whole time slot done — straight from the home screen. CONSISTENCY, NOT GAMIFICATION Seven days, a month, or a year at a glance: days completed, your completion rate, and a calendar where every day reads as complete, partial, skipped, missed or still pending. Tap any day to see what you took — and correct it if you forgot to log something. No streak to break, no badges, no guilt. SYNCS ACROSS YOUR DEVICES Your schedule and history sync through your own iCloud account. Set it up on iPhone, find it on iPad. No Elixr account, no sign-up, no password. READABLE FOR EVERYONE Full VoiceOver support and Dynamic Type throughout. Available in English, German, Japanese and Korean. WHAT ELIXR DOESN'T DO No ads. No analytics. No tracking. No third-party SDKs of any kind. No subscription — you buy it once. Nothing you enter leaves your own devices. Elixr helps you organise what you already take. It is not medical advice — talk to your healthcare provider about what's right for you.

Most motivation apps throw the same quotes at everyone. You get a war quote when you're trying to get through a Tuesday. You get a hustle mantra when you're running on empty. Generic quotes for generic people — that's not motivation, it's noise. Daily Push is different. Answer four questions in 60 seconds, and every quote in your feed from that point forward is filtered to your focus, your headspace, and what you're actually fighting right now. Profile-matched quotes beat generic quotes — here's why. When a motivational quote speaks to your specific situation, it lands differently. Daily Push builds a simple profile from four onboarding questions: the area of your life you're working on (discipline, focus, relationships, or health), the guidance mode that fits where you are today (momentum, reset, protection, clarity, or recovery), the tone you can hear right now (direct, balanced, or gentle), and the current struggle you named out loud. From that profile, every quote in your daily feed is filtered from a curated library of motivational and inspirational content — no randomness, no one-size-fits-all. The quotes you see are the quotes that belong to you. What you can do with Daily Push: - Swipe through a vertical feed of quotes matched to your life, your growth stage, and your mindset - Set a daily push notification at the time that works for you — morning, midday, or night - Choose how often you receive reminders: daily, a few times a week, or weekly - Save quotes that resonate and return to them whenever you need a reset - Adjust your profile any time your focus area, guidance mode, or tone preference changes - Use the app as a daily discipline tool, a mental clarity practice, or a resilience builder - Build a mindfulness habit with quotes that match your current state — not a random feed - Start every morning with a motivational thought shaped to your goals and current struggle - Come back to saved quotes on hard days when you need grounding - Track your growth through the quotes you keep returning to - Add the Daily Push widget to your Home Screen — your matched quote, refreshed daily Find yourself here: - Quotes for growth mindset and personal development - Daily affirmation practice for positive thinking and self-belief - Motivational quotes for success, ambition, and forward movement - Discipline and focus reminders for high performers and goal-setters - Mental clarity and calm for overwhelmed or anxious minds - Resilience and recovery quotes after setbacks and hard seasons - Mindfulness and daily presence for busy, distracted lives - Positive habit reinforcement — one motivational thought at a time - Life quotes filtered by how you actually feel today - Motivational thoughts for mornings that need a push - Gentle encouragement when you need support, not pressure - Direct no-excuses quotes when you need accountability - Clarity-focused quotes for moments of uncertainty and doubt Daily Push Premium includes: - Full quote library — every focus area, every guidance mode, every tone variant - Deeper interpretations for every quote in your feed - All resilience, discipline, mindfulness, and affirmation packs unlocked - Motivational quotes for success across every life category - Priority access to new quote collections as they're added Subscription information: Daily Push Premium is available as an auto-renewing subscription.
