Train every muscle, at the gym or at home. See each one on a body figure. Log every set with last time's numbers already filled in. Only the sets you tick count. Your own AI writes your plan. Connect ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini once. Make it yours with coral or lime, four app icons and widgets. GC (short for Gym Commitment) is a gym log your own AI can send plans to. It asks about your week and your gym, writes the plan, and the plan lands on your phone, ready to follow set by set. AT A GLANCE • Your workout full screen, one exercise at a time, with the rest timer • A plan from your own AI, showing what it did with each of your notes • Your last 7 days on Home, and 7 or 14 days on Progress • Every workout in full: each exercise, your sets and the muscles you worked YOUR AI, YOUR PLAN • Connect your own assistant once, with a code from the app • It asks one thing at a time before it writes the plan • The plan lands on your phone. Look it over, keep it and follow it • Change it in one sentence, like "make Thursday shorter". The new version lands in the same place • Ask your AI about your plan, like why an exercise is in it • Once connected, leave your AI a note on any exercise, like "No machine here". It goes with your next change • When you choose, share your last 12 weeks. Your AI writes a report with three changes for your plan • The AI tab can show one next step, so you know what to ask You connect your own ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini. Only the finished plan or report comes back to your phone. Some assistants need a paid plan or are limited by country. Rather not use an AI? Everything below works without one. IN THE GYM • Your sets open with last time's numbers, so you know what to beat • Tick a set and the rest timer starts, in the app and on your lock screen • The weight column says if it is one dumbbell, or bar and plates together • Warm up, drop and failure sets. Supersets open the next exercise when you tick a set • Machine taken? Swap the exercise. Or skip it today and keep it in your plan • Exercises show as pictures. Tap one to add it, or switch to a list • No routine? Tap Start and add exercises as you go • A new best gets a trophy on the set that beat it • Gym Time reminders on the days you pick ON YOUR LOCK SCREEN AND WRIST • A lock screen widget shows today's workout and your week • While you train, the Live Activity shows your exercise, your set and your rest. Add a photo from it during your workout • With your iPhone nearby, start, tick sets, change weight, reps and time, and finish from your Apple Watch ROUTINES, YOUR WAY • Ready-made routines for every situation: full body, upper lower, push pull legs, dumbbells only, machines only, home with no kit, 30 minutes, over 40 • Build your own, day by day, exercise by exercise • A friend or trainer builds one and sends you a link • Set a weekly goal. It counts from this week WHAT YOU SEE AFTER • Sets by muscle on a body figure, for any routine and for your week so far • Every lift on a graph, with personal records • Weekly, monthly and yearly reports that show the body parts you skipped • Progress photos kept with the session they came from. You can switch Photos off in Settings YOUR DATA • No account needed • Log every set with no signal. Form clips and your AI need a connection • Export every session and set as a CSV, whenever you want • In English, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German and French, following your phone or your pick in Settings WHAT PRO ADDS • More plans, changes and reports from your AI • Every earlier week, month and year • Every lift's progress back to day one • Every photo and every routine • Deeper insights with Advanced Mode • Backup to your own iCloud Questions or ideas: gymcommitmentapp@gmail.com Privacy: https://gymcommitment.com/privacy Terms: https://gymcommitment.com/terms ChatGPT is a trademark of OpenAI, Claude of Anthropic, and Gemini of Google. Sharp is a skin analysis and routine app for men who would rather measure than guess. Point your camera to your face for 10 seconds, and get a clear skin score from 0 to 100. No fluff, no beauty talk, just a number you can actually track. Every scan breaks your skin down into six measurable dimensions: • Clarity • Oil • Redness • Pores and texture • Eyes • Hydration From there, Sharp builds you an 8-week plan. Simple AM and PM steps, water, and a few lifestyle habits that actually move the needle. Check them off daily. Small steps, every day. Once a week you re-scan. The app compares your new photo to the last one, looks at how consistent you have been, and adjusts the plan. Stuck after weeks of doing everything right? It swaps the active ingredients. Skipping days? It keeps the plan and pushes you to stay consistent. That is the whole loop: scan, follow, re-scan, improve. Why men use Sharp: • A real score, not vague advice • Before and after photos that prove what is working • A plan that fits a normal morning, not a 10-step ritual • Clean, private, and straight to the point Most guys see visible change after six to eight weeks of consistent care. The hard part was never the products. It was knowing what to do and sticking to it. Sharp handles both. Your photos and data stay yours. Delete your account anytime and everything goes with it, on this device and on our servers. Important: Sharp gives you a cosmetic score, not a medical diagnosis. It is not a substitute for advice from a doctor or dermatologist. Subscriptions required: Your first scan and skin score are free during onboarding. Sharp's core features, including the personalized 8-week routine, product recommendations, weekly re-scans, plan adjustments, and progress tracking, require an active Sharp subscription (monthly auto-renewing plan, or a one-time lifetime purchase). The exact price and length are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings. Verdict
The clearest difference is monetization model: GC at free with in-app purchases against Sharp's subscription. GC also leads on ratings volume (28 vs 7). On price, rating, review sentiment and update cadence there is nothing between them.
