HOW IT WORKS Post an errand in seconds Describe what you need, set pickup and drop-off, and offer your price. Couriers bid Nearby verified couriers send offers. Compare price and ratings. Accept, counter, or wait. Confirm with a deposit When you accept an offer, we reserve a small refundable deposit on your card. You are not charged — it is released as soon as your delivery is confirmed. It only exists so couriers know you will be there. Track live Follow your courier on the map from pickup to delivery. Built-in chat and call. Photo proof included. Pay & rate Pay your courier in cash when it arrives. Rate them. Done. WHY ERRND Pay in cash The delivery itself is always cash, handed to your courier in person. Errnd takes no commission on it. You set the price No algorithms deciding costs. Offer what feels fair, and negotiate directly with your courier. Real-time tracking Live map, chat, and calls anytime. Verified couriers ID and vehicle verification. Rated after every delivery. Inter-city deliveries Send packages between cities with couriers already making the trip. A booking fee confirms your place and comes out of the price you agreed — your courier collects the rest in cash. 3 languages Arabic, French, and English. Switch anytime. WHAT YOU CAN ORDER • Pharmacy runs at midnight • Food or groceries from any store • Forgotten keys across town • Cakes, gifts, or surprises • Office documents • Laundry pickup/drop-off • Small business deliveries • Packages between cities • Market shopping while you're busy • Anything you'd normally go get yourself If you can ask, we deliver. BECOME A COURIER Have free time and a vehicle (bike, scooter, car, or even on foot)? Earn on your schedule. No shifts. No quotas. Sign up in the app, upload your ID and vehicle documents, and start accepting errands. You keep the cash you collect. Every errand you accept is backed by a deposit held on the customer's card, so you know they are committed before you set off. SAFETY FIRST Built-in SOS button on every delivery. One-tap emergency call. Ratings and reporting keep everyone accountable. FAST & LIGHT Works on slow networks and older phones. Compact download. Live tracking reconnects automatically after a dropped signal. A NOTE ON PAYMENTS Deliveries are paid in cash, always. Your card is used for two things only: • A refundable deposit when you accept an errand. Money is reserved, not taken, and released when your delivery is confirmed. You are only charged it if your courier arrives and you are not there. • A booking fee on inter-city trips, which confirms your place and comes out of the price you agreed. Nothing else is ever charged. Links Privacy: https://errnd.co/privacy Delete account: https://errnd.co/delete-account Support: support@errnd.co

Free the Stuff. Give and find free stuff in your neighborhood. No chats, no DMs. That chair, lamp, or whatever else you've been looking for is probably in your neighborhood right now, for free. This is the app that shows you where, in Berlin and beyond. How it works: • Open the map and see what's up for grabs in your neighborhood • Tap a pin to check photos and details • Walk over and grab it, if it's still there • Putting something out? Saw something on the street? List it. What makes it different: Free the Stuff isn't built for selling- only for what's literally sitting outside to take. Nobody has to negotiate or reply to messages. No prices, no haggling, no shipping. And unlike neighborhood social networks, you don't need to verify your identity or address. Local and current: Free the Stuff shows finds within ~25 km of your location. Posts expire after 7 days, so you don't waste a trip on things that are long gone. Less stuff in the rain, less stuff in the landfill.
