About

WakeZ

Wake up on your time, ready for the day. A gentle haptic on your Apple Watch eases you awake at the exact minute you set, so you start sharp and full of energy instead of groggy. And because WakeZ wakes you on time, not early, you keep nearly twelve nights of sleep a year. Two weeks back, to spend on what you want, from more fun to the people you love. BUILT BY CLINICIANS, WITH A PURPOSE WakeZ is a Class I software medical device, built by doctors and intended to help reduce the risk of depression in adults aged 18 to 65 who are at risk and not yet diagnosed. It does that in the simplest way there is: by helping you keep a steady sleep routine, stay aware of your own sleep, and check in honestly with how you feel. Steady sleep is one of the first things to go when your mental health starts to drift, and one of the simplest to hold onto. YOUR SLEEP, WITH THE MATH SHOWN See last night and your history, sleep stages and REM included. Your Sleep Score is a plain 0 to 100, built from three things we show you: how long you slept, how steady your timing was, how unbroken the night was. An honest read on your sleep. A CHECK-IN THAT’S YOURS A few optional questions about how you’re doing, whenever you feel like it. Nothing is scored. Nothing leaves your phone unless you send it. A REAL DOCTOR IN THE LOOP, IF YOU WANT ONE Choose to connect with one of our partner clinics, and a doctor can look over the sleep and check-in notes you decide to share, now and then. If something stands out to them, they reach out and invite you in for a conversation. You can also book a consultation any time you want one. It is a real person keeping a light eye out, not an app scoring you, and the medical judgment is always theirs. You choose what is shared, and you can stop any time. WORKS WITH APPLE HEALTH Your sleep information, in one place. IMPORTANT WakeZ is a Class I software medical device for informational, primary-prevention support. It does not diagnose, screen, predict, monitor or treat depression or any condition, it produces no clinical, diagnostic or health-risk score or alert, and it is not a substitute for professional care. If you’re worried about your health, or you have thoughts of harming yourself or others, contact a professional or dial your local emergency number right away. Read the Instructions for Use before you start.

DadKit is the field guide for dads. Trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the first five years – covered start to finish. DadKit tells you what's happening, gives you tools to actually use, and keeps track of the moments that matter. I'm Chace. I built DadKit while my wife was pregnant with our first because every pregnancy app I downloaded was built for her — which makes sense, she was doing the hard part — but there was nothing for the person standing next to her trying to figure out what was actually happening. PREGNANCY • Contraction timer: The 5-1-1 guideline is built in, so you'll know when it's time to go. • Kick counter: Count movements in the third trimester. Yes, you need to do this. • Safety lookup: Food, medication, activity. Search it before you buy it. This is for the 8pm grocery aisle moment. • Symptom log: Track how she's feeling and save questions before they evaporate by Thursday. • Weekly updates: What's happening, written for you. Not the shared journey. Your actual job. • Appointment timeline: What happens at the 20-week scan, and whether you're supposed to be there. • Birth plan: One page covering pain relief, who's in the room, delivery preferences. Export it, print it, done. AFTER THE BABY Content continues through year five, with something new every month. • Feeding log: Left, right, bottle, or pump. Two taps, built for one hand at 3am. • Diaper log: You'll understand why this matters around week two. • "Is this normal?": Every month, the things dads Google that turn out to be fine. • Newborn safety: Safe sleep, car seats, fevers, when to call the pediatrician. • Developmental milestones: Month by month through year five, what's happening and what's next. • Pediatric appointments: What each visit covers and which vaccines are due, all the way through. FREE. PERMANENTLY. • Contraction timer, kick counter, feeding log, diaper log, safety lookup, symptom log, newborn safety. The tools you need shouldn't cost anything. DADKIT+ • Journal: Weekly prompts through pregnancy, monthly after. The moments you'll want in ten years, written down now. • Full article library: every trimester and topic • Appointment prep: questions to ask and what results mean • Partner check-ins: one question each, once a week • Growth tracking: across scans • Kick counter and contraction history: trends over time • Feeding analytics: intervals, counts, and what's normal for your baby • Baby names: swipe, save, share. She'll veto most of them. • All six size comparison packs: for the weekly updates • Full symptom log history: beyond seven days DadKit was built for dads. If you're the partner reading this and deciding whether to send it to him, send it. Terms of Use: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
