Train your ear like a real musician. Intervals, chords, rhythm, dictation: with Modalissimo you finally hear music from the inside. Exercises designed and reviewed with singer June. Most ear-training apps make you guess isolated sounds. Modalissimo makes you hear them in context, like real music: every exercise starts with a cadence that sets the key. Your ear learns the function of every note — and that's what makes the difference in rehearsal, on stage or when improvising. ■ WHY IT WORKS • Tonal context before every question: a solid relative pitch you can actually use • Adaptive practice: what you miss comes back more often, what you master fades out • 5 minutes a day is enough: daily goal, streaks, levels and XP keep you going • Statistics per interval, chord and degree: see exactly where to improve ■ EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO PROGRESS Melody: Intervals, Scales, Modes (jazz modes too), Melodic Dictation, Sight-singing, Singing (mic), Score Harmony: Chords (7ths, sus2/sus4, inversions), Progressions, Cadences, Polyphonic Dictation Rhythm: Rhythm Dictation, Rhythm Writing Tools: Tuner, Metronome (any time signature, tap tempo), Simple Piano, Studio Piano, Pocket Mode ■ SING — THE APP LISTENS Sight-singing and Score: sing with count-in, click and accompaniment. The mic rates your pitch and rhythm note by note, right on your device. ■ EVEN WITHOUT LOOKING Pocket Mode plays the questions and speaks the answers, screen locked. Perfect on the bus or on a walk. ■ WHO IS IT FOR? Music students, singers and choir members, jazz and pop musicians, teachers (free teacher license), and anyone who wants to play and sing more in tune. ■ COMFORT • 8 timbres: piano, Rhodes, violin, sax, trumpet, flute, guitar, synth • Do Re Mi or C D E notation • 3 levels per exercise, from beginner to advanced • Larger layout on iPad, 9 languages, works offline, no ads ■ FREE TO START Every exercise is free, with 6 questions per day per exercise. Go Pro for unlimited practice on every exercise, no ads, forever: monthly, yearly or lifetime. And this is just the beginning: June is already preparing what comes next. ■ PRIVACY No account. Microphone audio is analysed on your device and never recorded or sent.
