Daily Budget answers one question instantly: “How much can I spend today?” It subtracts fixed costs, savings, and big future purchases first, then shows only what you can comfortably spend today. A budgeting app for people who want easier decisions today — not just a review of last month. Recommended if you: • Want to make your money last from payday to payday • Never stuck with budgeting apps — but still want to stop overspending • Want your true spendable amount after fixed costs and savings • Live alone and want a simple way to start managing money • Value privacy and prefer no bank account linking Key features • Today’s spendable amount, front and center • Payday cycles, calendar months, or fixed-length cycles • Handles weekend/holiday paydays and variable income • Daily budget auto-calculated after fixed costs, savings goals, and big purchases • Log an expense in 3 taps, with continuous entry and quick records • Envelope budgets and per-category spending management • Spending lock (Plus): limit the apps you choose when you go over budget • Charts: daily, cumulative, and by category • Home Screen / Lock Screen widgets and Live Activities • Apple Watch app with one-tap logging, plus Siri Shortcuts • Receipt scanning (OCR) to read amounts automatically • CSV / JSON export • Face ID / passcode lock Privacy • No account registration • No bank linking • Offline-first • Your data stays on your device No ads. Daily Budget Plus Plus includes: • Spending lock: when you go over today’s budget or a category budget, the apps and websites you choose (like food delivery or shopping) are limited with Screen Time. Today’s budget unlocks at midnight, and category budgets unlock when the cycle changes. Fix the budget and it unlocks right away, or unlock for today when you need to. • Leaf, Sakura, Wisteria and Graphite color themes Spending lock requires Screen Time access. This app can’t see which apps you use. Every key feature above except Spending lock works without Plus.
