Fitness Habit Tracker
Read full descriptionHide full description
A habit tracker should not become another habit to maintain. Turn the activity already recorded in Apple Health into visible proof that you're showing up. CONNECT HEALTH. SEE YOUR CONSISTENCY. With your permission, the app reads your existing Health history and finds streaks across nine supported metrics, including steps, workouts, exercise, sleep and mindful minutes. No daily check-off or duplicate activity entry is needed. What appears depends on your available history and read permissions. START WITH THREE Track three streaks free. Choose the health habits that matter to you and see how consistent you've been, instead of starting every habit counter at zero. MAKE ROOM FOR MORE The paid upgrade unlocks unlimited tracking and more ways to follow your progress. Calendar views, widgets and the Apple Watch companion help keep your habits visible. Your Health records are read-only and calculations run on your device. The app does not write activity into Apple Health or guarantee a streak length. It is a fitness awareness tool, not medical advice. Both subscriptions renew automatically, and each offers a 7-day free trial when eligible. Apple charges your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase or after an eligible trial. If you are not eligible, Apple charges at confirmation. The renewal charge is made within 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions at least 24 hours before the period ends. Prices vary by region and are shown before purchase. A one-time lifetime unlock is also available. The app accesses Health data only to read step information and does not write steps or any other data to Apple Health. SOLID FIGHT PREMIUM An optional monthly Solid Fight Premium subscription removes banner ads, app-open ads, and interstitial ads. Optional rewarded ads for cosmetic rewards remain available. Premium automatically renews every month. Payment is charged to your Apple Account. The subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your Apple Account subscription settings. Step, distance, calorie, and active time values may vary depending on your device, user settings, and available Health data.
