NagRX vs ListenWay

NagRX won't stop reminding you until you take your medication. Each dose rings a real alarm, the same kind the Clock app uses, so it sounds even when your iPhone is on silent or in a Focus, and even if NagRX isn't open. Ignore it and it rings again at your chosen interval until you tap Stop. Set doses daily, weekly, every other week or monthly, see what's due at a glance with widgets and the Live Activity, and get on with your life knowing NagRX has your back. Free, private, no tracking.

ListenWay helps you understand someone speaking nearby. It recognizes speech and translates it into your chosen language in real time. • Hear translations through headphones, or mute audio and read the text. • Switch translation direction with one tap to reply. • Read the original speech and translation phrase by phrase. The newest text stays visible. • Start translation from Apple Watch and see the text on iPhone too. • Choose the translation language in Settings. The spoken language is detected automatically. • Clear the conversation history in Settings when you no longer need it. An internet connection and your own OpenAI API key are required. OpenAI API usage is billed to your account. The microphone is used only during active translation. Your key is stored securely on your device.
