DONT vs Studyroo

Tasks don't shrink. Time doesn't come back. But the day starts to change the moment you decide what NOT to do. DONT is a to-do app for the things you've decided to leave undone. Stop running through your TODOs. Start by keeping your DONTs. ■ Who it's for · Crossing off tasks doesn't lighten your mind · Too many things you want to do, and none of them get started · You can't say no, so your own work keeps slipping · You put things off, then beat yourself up about it · "Just prioritize," they say — but it all looks important ■ Three steps to start 1. Pick three DONTs "Don't open social media first thing." "Don't give unsolicited advice." "Don't attend meetings without an agenda." Choose from templates or write your own. Stuck? Pick one from work, one from information, one from relationships — that balance works. 2. When in doubt, ask A sudden request, an invitation, an impulse — in that moment, the AI checks against your DONTs and answers Do / DONT / Hold. You're not handing the decision over. You're getting your own yardstick back. 3. Look back at the end of the day Mark the days you kept it. Mark the days you broke it. A streak grows from the days that stick. Your weekly rate is right there at a glance. Perfect isn't the point. Keeping going is. ■ DONT Pro · Unlimited AI consults (Free: 5 per week) · Unlimited DONT rules (Free: up to 3) ¥980 / month or ¥9,800 / year (17% off) ■ Before you start · You can change or delete any DONT later · Pro can be canceled anytime, and auto-renew can be turned off · Deleting your account wipes all your data Try harder at trying less. DONT holds the line on what you've decided not to do. Terms of Service: https://dont.jp/en/legal Privacy Policy: https://dont.jp/en/privacy
