Hong Kong still has good taxi drivers. In fact, Hong Kong has always had plenty of taxi drivers who want to give good service. The problem is that passengers have never known how to find them. Over the years we've met countless drivers who work hard, arrive on time and treat people with courtesy. Yet today, it's the worst rides that passengers remember. Every trip is a passenger trusting taxis once again – and we want to rebuild that trust. To keep standards high, Junto runs its own driver network. There's no open sign-up: drivers join through internal referral and by invitation, so everyone who comes on board shares our idea of good service. We review drivers' service on an ongoing basis, and every reasonable complaint is followed up seriously, so the platform stays at the standard we set.
