Start with this device. NetSward turns the network evidence already available to your iPhone or iPad into clear next steps. See current Wi-Fi identity when iOS permits it, connection path and gateway evidence, bounded DNS checks, public interfaces, Bonjour discovery, user-entered DNS, TCP, and TLS checks, retained history, surveys, checkpoint maps, and reports with redaction options. Availability is labeled when iOS does not expose a capability; the app does not pretend that an unknown value is zero. Pair an optional Mac only when you choose. Mac evidence stays in its own source section with capture and receive times. Local Network, Location, and camera access are requested only for the related feature; pairing is disabled until you approve it. Choose Guided for symptom-based help or Workbench for direct expert access. Search and pin tools, replay recorded incidents, compare matching measurements, review survey checkpoints, and inspect bounded HTTPS resource timings. Optional local application-speed tests require Pro on both devices, a trusted Mac, and its temporary operator allowance. NetSward Pro is an optional one-time purchase. Pro adds richer local history, named surveys, HTTPS metrics, multi-source exports, and advanced Shortcuts. Pro is sold through the App Store and can be restored on your iPhone, iPad, and Mac with the same Apple Account. Each device verifies its own entitlement; an iPhone or iPad purchase never authorizes a Mac command. Who's really on your Wi-Fi? Coddiq Network Scanner shows you every device connected to your network — instantly, privately, and completely free. A clean, no-nonsense toolkit with four essential tools. No account. No ads. Nothing ever leaves your phone. SEE EVERY DEVICE Scan your Wi-Fi and get a live list of everything connected — phones, laptops, TVs, printers, game consoles and smart-home gadgets. Each device shows its IP address, network name, and a best-effort guess of what it is. Notice a device you don't recognize? Now you'll know it's there. CHECK OPEN PORTS Pick any device and scan its open TCP ports to see which services it's exposing — a fast way to understand what's running on your network. Choose a common set, the top 100, or enter your own custom range. PING ANYTHING Measure latency to any host with live round-trip times, a real-time graph, and min / avg / max plus packet loss. Great for tracking down a laggy connection or a flaky device. TEST YOUR SPEED Run an honest download and upload speed test with latency, measured against a public test server. A steady, duration-based result — not a number that flashes by in a second. PRIVATE BY DESIGN Everything runs on your device — we never collect your scan results. No sign-up, no tracking, no ads. Free to use. Coddiq is honest about its limits: results are estimates and can vary by device, network, and server, and it's a diagnostic tool not a security product. Please only scan networks and devices you own or are authorized to test. Coddiq Network Scanner is the first in a growing series of focused, trustworthy network utilities.

Verdict
The clearest difference is in-app purchases: Coddiq at none against NetSward's 1. Coddiq also leads on iOS requirement (16.6 vs 26.0). NetSward's advantage is device support (3 vs 1). On price and ads there is nothing between them.
