For the kid who feels it all. InnerSteps is where kids 5-9 learn to handle the hard moments, from school mornings to bedtime to worries, through stories and games they genuinely love. Built with 50+ child psychologists. Free to start. No ads ever. SOUND FAMILIAR? The morning that falls apart before you are even out the door. The worries that show up right at bedtime. The "I do not want to go" that seems to come from nowhere. This is not who your child is. They just have not been shown what to do yet. HOW INNERSTEPS WORKS Watch it. Practise it. Use it. 1. WATCH IT Your child follows Ricky, a croc who feels it all, and his best mate Waffle, a tiny wizard-detective mouse. Together they face the exact moments your child faces, and learn what to do. 2. PRACTISE IT Then a game makes the skill stick. By practising it in play, they make it truly theirs. 3. USE IT So when the real hard moment comes, your child knows exactly what to do. On their own, without you having to prompt them. WHAT'S INSIDE - Animated story adventures, fully narrated, perfect for kids who are not confident readers yet - Games that turn calm-down skills into something kids actually want to practise - A Calm Down tool your child can open any time they need it: notice it, calm your body, take the step - Short by design, around 10 minutes a day, so it never becomes a screen-time battle - Profiles for siblings, so the whole family can play - No ads. No distractions. Nothing to interrupt them, ever. WHY PARENTS TRUST INNERSTEPS - Built with 50+ child psychologists, using the methods clinicians use, rebuilt as play kids choose - Winner of 20+ awards - WITSA 2024 Global E-Education Platform of the Year - iAwards 2024 Winner - Featured in Forbes and The Australian - Made in Australia, for Australian families WHAT PARENTS ARE SAYING "My son absolutely loves his stories, we have read them countless times and even better, his worries are dissipating!" NeuroDinoWorld is a joyful, sensory-friendly world built for children with ADHD, autism, and neurodiverse minds โ by a dad who truly gets it. I'm a late-diagnosed ADHD dad with two incredible neurodiverse daughters. My eldest has ADHD and autism. My youngest is still being assessed. I work night shifts as a crisis support worker, and by day I'm studying, helping my wife navigate life as a teacher during one of the toughest financial climates our family has faced, and figuring out how to help my kids thrive in a world that wasn't designed for them. Building this app has been one of the most rewarding yet hardest things I've ever done. As someone with ADHD myself, the irony of trying to build something structured, consistent, and finished โ while your own brain fights you every step of the way โ is not lost on me. There were nights I wanted to quit. Weeks where the financial pressure, the exhaustion of shift work, the weight of study, and the emotional load of supporting other people in crisis all piled up at once. There were moments I genuinely didn't know if I had anything left. But I kept coming back to why I started. My kids. The families I speak to in crisis. The parents in the ADHD groups online who are just as lost as I was. Nobody should have to fight this hard to find tools that actually work for their child. My wife has been extraordinary through all of it. My kids still think I'm cool (mostly). And somehow, through everything, they've stuck by me and this ridiculous passion project of mine. I am genuinely, deeply grateful for every bit of their support. I built NeuroDinoWorld because I couldn't find anything that actually worked for our family. Everything felt too long, too wordy, too neurotypical. So I made something different. Meet Rex, Spike, Croc, Roo, Uni and Marina โ the NeuroDino crew. Together they guide kids through a world of short, engaging activities built to keep ADHD brains stimulated, regulated, and celebrated. GAMES Surf rainbow waves, collect dragon eggs, jump over crocs, and more. Simple tap controls. Clear goals. Big celebrations. Perfect for short attention spans. BREATHING AND CALM Guided breathing, bubble pop for regulation, and calming audio stories to help kids reset when things feel too big. AUDIO STORIES Listen-along adventures narrated by the NeuroDino crew โ building emotional vocabulary and social understanding through storytelling. WELLBEING AND EMOTIONS Feelings check-ins, resilience tools, bravery challenges, kindness activities, and daily affirmations. Real tools that meet kids where they are. ADHD DAILY PLANNER Nine colourful planner themes to help neurodiverse kids get through their day with a little more structure and a lot more joy. JOURNAL AND GRATITUDE A private journal and gratitude prompts to build self-awareness and confidence โ one small thought at a time. Designed with short sessions in mind. No endless scrolling. No ads. No chat. No external links. Just good stuff for good brains. Every activity, every voice, every story was made with our kids in mind. Because neurodivergent kids deserve tools built for them โ not despite them.
