Memox — Bind your words and your day into one. A phrase that just came to mind. A moment you don't want to forget. A feeling that brushed past. Memox is a personal iPhone app where your diary and notes grow quietly, as a single "map of words," inside your own iPhone. 【The 3 core concepts】 ■ Diary Today's flowing words. Add to it any number of times a day. ■ Words Phrases and realizations you want to keep. While writing, select any text and tap "Save as Word" right there. Quotes, names, a new expression, a question to yourself —— any grain size. ■ Tags A cross-cutting label for both diary and Words. "#work" "#family" "#reading" —— your own labels, ready to bundle later. Open a Word, and every diary entry that contains it is listed automatically (backlinks). As diary, Words, and Tags gradually connect, the more you write, the more your own "map of words" grows. 【Who Memox is for】 ・People who keep abandoning their diary and want to start again ・People whose phone memos are scattered and unsearchable ・People who want to capture and cultivate the quotes they care about ・People who want a place for their own words — not AI chat, not social media ・People who want their data to stay on their own device 【Main features】 ■ Diary editor ・Simple writing, no daily limit ・Attach photos; URLs auto-linked ・Select text and "Save as Word" inline ■ Words (your personal vocabulary) ・Add and edit any phrase you want to keep ・Connect with tags and related memos to build a network of concepts ・Open a Word to see every diary entry that contains it (backlinks) ・"Related Words" —— other Words that often appear alongside (Memox Plus) ■ Tags ・Cross-classify diary and Words with your own labels ・Open a tag to see all related entries at once ・Deleting a tag is safe: diary and Words remain — only the link is removed ■ Advanced search (Memox Plus) ・Operators like "tag:work" "photo:yes" "date:thismonth" pinpoint the past ■ Voice memos (on-device transcription) ・Capture thoughts by voice; transcribed automatically ・Audio and text stay on your device ■ AI Reflection ・Weekly and monthly reflections, summarized by Apple Intelligence ・Surfaces your recent words and mood trends ・※ Requires Apple Intelligence (iPhone 15 Pro+, iOS 26.1+) ■ Home / Lock Screen widgets ・Today's line, your streak, a suggested Word — always in view ・Lock-screen content can be redacted (privacy-conscious) ■ Face ID / Touch ID lock ・Protects both launch and resume from background ■ iCloud sync ・Secure sync across iPhones via iCloud Drive; can also be turned off ■ Export ・Export all data anytime as PDF, Markdown, or JSON. No lock-in. ■ 7 languages ・Japanese, English, German, Spanish, French, Korean, Traditional Chinese ■ Alternate app icons ・Change the app's face by mood or season 【About privacy】 Memox does not collect your personal data. Diary, Words, tags, audio, transcriptions, and AI summaries are stored only on your device or in your own iCloud. No transmission to any external server except the ad network (free tier only). Not a flashy AI, not an external cloud —— Memox is designed to grow inside your iPhone, for you alone. 【About Memox Plus】 Even free, you get the full basics of diary, Words, and tags.
