DigiBound vs Scroll Tax

Less scrolling at bedtime. More room for sleep. Fewer distractions during the day. More time for what matters. DigiBound is a screen time manager and app blocker built around bedtime. With automatic app limits, a focus timer, and daily goals, it helps you put your phone down at night and stay focused when it's time to study, work, or do something for yourself. AUTOMATIC BEDTIME LIMITS Choose the apps, categories, or websites you want to limit. Set your start time, end time, and days. Sleep Lock applies your limits on schedule and removes those limits when the window ends. Overnight schedules are supported. Set it once: your schedule runs even when DigiBound isn't open. Give yourself room to rest instead of watching one more video. Basic automatic Sleep Lock is free. No subscription or nightly manual start required. A ROUTINE FOR YOUR KIND OF WEEK An earlier bedtime on work nights? A different plan for the weekend? Pro lets you set up three bedtime routines, each with its own times and days. Plans changed tonight? Skip just that occurrence. Later scheduled limits continue without having to set everything up again. LESS DISTRACTION. MORE FOCUS. Read a chapter. Study for an exam. Move a project forward. Make time for a hobby. Choose a focus duration and the apps you want to block, including distracting social, video, or gaming apps. Save your usual focus modes so you can start again without repeating the setup. SET A DAILY GOAL. SEE YOUR PROGRESS. Choose how many focus sessions you want to complete each day. See your progress and total focus time on the Today screen. Each completed session brings you closer to your goal. Review your focus history and reports to see where you've put your time. With Pro, you can also look back at your bedtime records over the past 7 or 30 days. FREE AND PRO The free version includes: • Basic automatic Sleep Lock, repeating at your chosen times and on your chosen days. • One manually started focus session per day. Pro adds: • Three bedtime routines for different parts of your week. • 7-day and 30-day bedtime reviews. • Unlimited manually started focus sessions. YOUR LIMITS. YOUR PRIVACY. No account or sign-in required. DigiBound limits only the content you select; it doesn't lock your entire device. Apple Screen Time permission is requested when you enable restrictions. You can revoke it in Settings. DigiBound uses privacy-preserving selection tokens provided by iOS and does not upload the names of your selected apps or websites. Bedtime reviews reflect activity recorded within DigiBound, not your actual sleep duration or sleep-tracking measurements. Bound your screen. Free your time. SUBSCRIPTIONS Pro is optional. Prices, billing periods, and trial offers for eligible users are shown on the App Store purchase screen. Subscriptions renew automatically and can be managed or canceled through the App Store.
