TrackOver is the app crews run on every day to manage their work. Jobs, scheduling, photos, time clock, messaging, and invoicing in one place, on the phone that is already in your pocket. Everything on a job lives with the job. The work order, the address, the photos your crew takes, the checklists, the notes from the office, and the notes from the field. When a customer calls six months later, you pull up the job and you have the whole story. WHAT YOU GET • Jobs: create work orders, set statuses that match how your company actually works, and see everything on a map. • Scheduling: a calendar your crew checks in the morning instead of calling you. • Time clock: crew clocks in and out on their phone. Hours flow straight into payroll reports. • Photos: document every job as you go. Photos stay attached to the job forever. • Estimates and invoices: price the work from your own price book, send it, and get paid. • Messaging: keep job talk out of group texts. Channels for the company, threads on the job. • Customers: a CRM that remembers every job, call, and dollar for each customer. • Inventory: track materials across your yard and your trucks, with low stock alerts. • Reports: profitability by job, hours by crew member, and where your leads come from. Statuses, fields, and reports are customizable per company, so the app bends to how you run work instead of the other way around. TrackOver is built by people who run crews for a living. It started as the in-house system for a busy field-service company and grew into a platform for any contractor who runs jobs out in the field: home services, trades, construction, landscaping, excavation, and more. Your crew gets the field tools on this app. The office gets the full dashboard at trackover.io. Same data, live, both ways. New companies can start free and see everything before deciding anything.
