Many people sit down in therapy and go blank. You forget what happened during the week. You talk about what’s easiest—not what matters. You leave thinking, "I should have said that." Therapy Tracker helps you show up clearer. It gives you simple prompts at the right moments during your week, so you can: • capture what actually mattered • reflect on what stayed with you after a session • organise your thoughts before the next one No long journalling. No pressure to use it every day. Just a simple way to bring the right things into the room. Why people use it: • "I don’t sit there wondering where to start anymore" • "I actually say the thing I was avoiding" • "I remember what happened during the week" • "My sessions feel more focused" Private by design: Your reflections stay on your device. • No accounts • No cloud sync • No data sharing • No therapist access This is your space—nothing leaves your phone. What this isn’t: • Not therapy • Not a diagnostic tool • Not a symptom tracker It’s simply a tool to help you get more out of the time you already have. Walk into your next session knowing where to start.
Moment

Moment is a simple practice of noticing, a few times throughout your day. The app invites you to pause for three brief check-ins- morning, afternoon, and evening. In each moment, you gently notice your body, thoughts, and emotions, without trying to fix or change them. You can follow this rhythm daily, or return to it a few times a week — even small moments of attention can make a difference over time. Why it works Moment is grounded in principles from DBT and mindfulness. Noticing your internal experience is associated with reduced anxiety, lower reactivity, and improved emotional regulation. By pausing and observing what’s already there, you begin to create space between experience and response. What you can do with Moment Set three gentle check-ins throughout your day Start with body sensations, then move through thoughts and emotions Capture what’s present, in a simple and private space Return later to notice patterns over time Move at your own pace — daily or a few times a week Private by design Your entries stay on your device. No account is required.
