The blood-level charts, reminders, and full protocol tracking are free. No trial, no paywall, no catch. Most peptide and TRT apps charge for exactly this. I don't. Frontload is built for people running serious peptide and TRT/HRT protocols. Track every injection, watch your blood levels rise and fall between doses, keep every vial and dose organized, and never miss a shot. The AI coach reads your own labs, protocols, and injection history, and it's built to say "I don't know" instead of guessing. The coach and Cloud Backup are the paid part. WHAT'S FREE (and stays free) • Progress photos with a voice guide that lines up every shot the same way, then compare any two side by side. Your photos stay on your phone. • Blood-level PK chart: peak, trough, and steady-state, per compound • Injection logging with site rotation • Full inventory: every peptide, HRT compound, GLP-1 (semaglutide, tirzepatide), supplement, and med • Phased protocols with automatic on/off scheduling • Titration schedules: gradual dose adjustments over weeks, auto-stepping • Lab result tracking and trend charts • Macro logging • Sleep, fitness, weight, and food sync from Apple Health • Reminders and notifications • Light and dark mode • JSON export, anytime No account needed. Your health data lives on your phone unless you turn on Cloud Backup, and I never sell it. The app sends a few basic signals, like which version you're on and whether it was opened today, so I can find and fix bugs. Never what you log, and never what you ask the coach. THE AI COACH (Pro) Not a chatbot. Not a correlation engine. An actual coach with direct access to your full health context (labs, protocols, peptide stack, GLP-1 doses, nutrition, sleep, fitness, side effects), plus a curated knowledge base of peptide and HRT references. It reads a lab PDF, scans a supplement label, analyzes a side-effect cluster, and explains it in plain language. Grounded in your own data, not the internet's. Pro adds unlimited AI coach conversations with photo attachments, unlimited lab PDF parsing, unlimited nutrition and supplement-label scans, Cloud Backup, and Frontload on your computer at app.frontloadapp.com. Cloud Backup and the web app are for paid plans, not the free trial. The price for your region shows in the app before you subscribe. WHO BUILT THIS Frontload is a one-person project. I'm in the HRT and peptide community myself, and I wanted a tracker that didn't feel cold and clinical, so I built the one I wanted, with every feature I needed. I had my wife test it the whole way through, so it isn't built only for the guys. She told me what women actually need in a tool like this: cycle-aware tracking, the right hormone panels, and a tracker that doesn't assume everyone's a man on TRT. It's all in here. I gave it to one friend, hoping to help him. He gave it to another. That's how Frontload has gotten everywhere it's gotten so far. No ads. No growth team. The mission isn't to get rich. It's to cover the cost of running the app and build something genuinely useful to people on their HRT and peptide journeys. The AI Coach engages with compounds, doses, and protocols directly, but it's not a doctor. Always discuss any protocol change with your prescribing physician. https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
