You see them every day but haven’t really met yet. Beiko makes it easy to finally hang out. JOIN YOUR COMMUNITY Find your building on the map, join with an invite link, or join when you’re there. Chat with your community and see who’s in it. START A HANG Coffee, drinks, a walk, a game: post what you’re up for and see who’s in. Once three people are in, the hang can start its own group chat to make plans. SEE WHAT’S HAPPENING The Activity board shows open hangs from your communities and nearby ones. See something fun? Ask to join, and the host can let you in. MEET PEOPLE YOU CAN TRUST Everyone in a community shares the same place, so new faces are never complete strangers. You decide when you’re visible on the map, and Beiko asks you every time.

CommunityOS is the everyday app for alumni associations and communities. Events, coffee chats, scheduling and your group directory, in one place. Register and get in Browse your community's events and register in the app — the organizer's questions, the number of guests you're bringing and the ticket tier included. Your ticket lands in the wallet; show the QR code at the door. Door check-in (organizers and on-site helpers) Scan a ticket, read the name, tier and table BEFORE confirming. Works with no signal at the venue: check-ins queue and upload themselves, and uploading twice never counts twice. Coffee chats and salons The monthly small-group coffee, plus topic-based salons. Set your preferences once and you're in every round after that. Find a time Start a small gathering, or paint your free hours into someone else's — instead of asking around for everyone's availability. Group directory and community handbook The mentors, TAs and members of your own group, and whatever your community wrote down for its members. Meet Values-based matching, one recommendation per round. Joining is your choice and you can leave at any time. AI mentors Ask the AI version of a community mentor; the real mentor can add their own answer afterwards. Available in English and Chinese — it follows your community and your own preference. Requires membership in a participating community.
