Verdict
The clearest difference is rating: DICA Seoul at 5.0 against Pixie+'s 4.5. DICA Seoul also leads on review sentiment (94% vs 67%) and update cadence (every 2 days vs weekly). Pixie+'s advantage is ratings volume (22 vs 2) and monetization model (ad-supported vs free with in-app purchases). On price, ads, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
