Anxiety Release
Read full descriptionHide full description
Anxiety Release is a simple calming companion for moments when you need to slow down, breathe, and check in with yourself. Start with guided breathing exercises designed to help you pause and return to the present moment. Choose from 4-7-8 breathing, 4-4-6 breathing, or a quick 4-6 calming rhythm. A clear timer, gentle tick sounds, and transition cues help guide you through each inhale, hold, and exhale. You can also keep a private mood journal to understand how you are feeling over time. Choose your mood, select emotions, write notes, attach a picture, or record a voice note. Your journal entries are saved locally on your device, and you can export them to CSV whenever you want a personal backup or reflection record. Daily inspiration gives you a small grounding thought each time you open the app, while calming background music creates a softer space for breathing and journaling.
