When a legal matter gets complicated, important details end up scattered across photos, messages, calendars, receipts, and notes. CaseKeep brings them together in one private, structured case file. Built for individuals managing their own records or preparing to meet an attorney, CaseKeep helps you document what happened, keep confirmed dates visible, organize supporting material, and prepare a clearer case summary. ONE PLACE FOR THE WHOLE MATTER - Build a chronological timeline of events - Add photos and supporting details to each event - Track court dates, filing dates, and other deadlines you enter - Log communications and follow-ups - Save key contacts, notes, and journal entries - Record legal expenses and attach receipts - Keep active and archived matters organized separately ORGANIZE EVIDENCE WITH CONTEXT A photo is more useful when you can connect it to what happened. Review event images full screen, move between photos, and keep evidence alongside the relevant date and description. New imported-source evidence can include an on-device SHA-256 integrity fingerprint and recorded capture details. PREPARE BEFORE THE CONVERSATION Turn your records into useful exports without rebuilding the story from scratch. Create CSV exports for your data or generate structured PDF reports such as an attorney summary, timeline, expense report, and evidence index with CaseKeep Pro. KEEP IMPORTANT DATES VISIBLE Add the dates you have confirmed and choose when CaseKeep should remind you. CaseKeep does not calculate legal deadlines; always verify dates with the court, agency, or a licensed attorney. LOCAL BY DEFAULT - No CaseKeep account or login required - Case records are stored on your device by default - Face ID or Touch ID app lock is available - Case content is not used for AI processing - Portable .casekeep backups are encrypted on device with a password you create for that backup file START FREE Use CaseKeep for one active matter with core timeline, deadline, contact, journal, app-lock, and CSV export tools. It unlocks unlimited parallel cases and deadlines, enhanced evidence tools, communication tracking, expense tracking, complete PDF reports, editable preparation workflows, a deadline widget, case archiving, and encrypted backup creation. Choose the option that fits the matter: - Annual Pro with a 14-day free trial - Monthly Pro for short-term flexibility - Lifetime Pro as a one-time purchase Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. A Lifetime purchase does not expire. Available products and localized prices are shown in the app before purchase.
