About

Koan Meditation Timer

Features

The Koan Simple Meditation Timer is built so you can sit down and meditate without distraction. It features three real sounds of bells and bowls and a flexible scheduler. You can create a simple session with a bell to start and a bell to finish after 10 minutes. You can just as easily make a complicated bell setup like 30 minutes of sitting meditation followed by 10 minutes of walking mediation. The simplicity is purposeful here. There is no account to create, no data saved, no push notifications of premium subscriptions to shill. We both know you don't need that. Just meditate more and the world will be a better place for it.

Curb

It's not 2pm when you fail your diet. It's 2am. You're tired. Your willpower is gone. And DoorDash is one tap away. Curb is the app you open instead. No meal plans. No calorie counting. No streaks you have to maintain perfectly. Just β€” one button, at the moment the craving hits, that reminds you why you started. **HOW IT WORKS** When alcoholics want to drink, they call their sponsor. That one interaction is enough to break the loop. Nobody built that for food. Until now. Open the app. See your goal photo. Remember your reason. See how many days you have left. That's it. The craving passes. You win. **WHAT'S INSIDE** β€’ Your photo β€” your goal body, your before photo, someone you want to be there for β€’ Your reason β€” the truest thing you've got, in your own words β€’ Your countdown β€” days until the moment that matters β€’ Your streak β€” every day you open this instead of ordering out **THE SLIDESHOW** Press I'M STRUGGLING and Curb walks you through 4 cards β€” your photo, your reason, your countdown, your streak β€” each one a reminder of what you're doing this for. It ends with the numbers: cravings curbed, calories saved, money saved, days remaining. Then two buttons: I'M STAYING STRONG. I SLIPPED TODAY. No judgment either way. Just honesty. **THE SLIP FLOW** Slipping doesn't break your streak. The next time you open the app, Curb asks: was it worth it? Over time it builds your regret percentage β€” the number that tells you whether caving actually makes you feel better. Spoiler: it usually doesn't. **WHO THIS IS FOR** You eat well during the day. You fall apart at night. You've tried apps before and they didn't stick because they were built for your best self, not your 2am self. Curb is built for 2am. **FREE FOREVER** The core experience β€” photo, reason, countdown, slideshow, win/slip tracking β€” is completely free. No paywalls on the thing that actually works. Premium unlocks multiple photos and reasons so the slideshow never gets stale, plus an alternatives card with exit ramps when you need options instead of willpower. --- Download Curb. Open it before you open DoorDash.
