About

SimplySit

A meditation timer, and nothing else. No teachers, no courses, no feed. Turn the clock face with your thumb until it says the number of minutes you have. Tap once. Sit. SimplySit is unguided. Nobody talks to you. What you get instead is sound worth sitting inside: thirteen sound layers, including an om chant, rain, ocean, stream, thunder, storm, wind, fire, night ambience, quiet noise, and singing bowls. Each layer has its own fader, so you can put the rain just under the chant, or run the ocean alone, or sit in silence. Your mix is yours. Bells mark the middle of a sit, or divide it evenly. Drag the timeline and watch each bell land before you begin, and set the bell's loudness on its own, so it arrives as a reminder and not an interruption. Audio and bells continue when the screen locks or you switch apps. A phone call or disconnected headphones pauses the sit safely, so you can resume without losing your place. Before you sit, one tap says how you feel. After, one tap again. Both are skippable, and neither is graded. Practice here is measured by the week, not the day. Meet the rhythm you chose and the week stays with you. Life can interrupt: an incomplete week adds nothing and takes nothing away. When you return, your practice simply continues. No red marks, no broken streaks, no notification asking where you went. Ten quiet themes arrive with practice: warm paper and lantern dark to begin with, others further along. They are never sold, and once a theme is yours it stays yours, even if you stop for a month. Your practice stays private. Sits and feelings stay on this iPhone: no account, ads, tracking, or sync. We receive only anonymous purchase information to activate and improve SimplySit Plus. Your first sit is free, so you can hear the audio before deciding anything. After that, SimplySit Plus is $2.99 per week, $6.99 per month, or $39.99 per year. Eligible new subscribers receive a 7-day free trial. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when a subscription is purchased. Manage or cancel in your App Store account settings.
