No internet connection required. 16 Instant Effects Two banks of 8 press-and-hold effects with smooth intensity ramping. Spin throws, echo loops, granular freeze, flanger, wobble bass, bitcrusher, reverb wash, and more. Customize ramp-up and ramp-down times to match your style. 2D FX Pad Touch and drag across an X-Y pad to modulate effects in real time. Choose from 12 effect types including low-pass filter, high-pass filter, ring modulator, echo, glitch, distortion, and auto-pan. Use the lock option to keep the effect going after touch release. Scratch Wheel An 8-sector circular controller with frequency-based waveform visualization. Tap sectors to jump or slice while keeping the tempo. Swipe to scratch. See your track's bass, mids, and highs displayed as color-coded rings. Beat-Synced Everything Automatic BPM detection with tap tempo override. Quantized loops (1/4 to 32 beats), beat-synced seeking and jumping, and auto DJ transitions that crossfade perfectly on the beat. Full MIDI Controller Support Plug in your Pioneer DDJ-FLX4, DDJ-FLX2, or any MIDI controller. Map every fader, knob, button, and jog wheel with 14-bit precision. Save custom presets per device. Sample Pads 8 built-in drum and sound effect pads plus 8 customizable pads for your own samples. Load WAV, MP3, M4A, or AIFF files and trigger them live. 5-Band EQ & Mixer Shape your sound with low, mid, high, filter, and gain controls per deck. Monitor levels with real-time stereo power meters and blend decks with the crossfader. Mix Recording Record your entire set to high-quality M4A and save it to your music library. One-tap record with elapsed time display. Auto DJ Enable beat sync and auto fader for hands-free transitions. BeatMeister matches tempo between decks and smoothly crossfades over 32 beats. More Features • Pitch-preserving time stretch for speed changes • Real-time frequency waveform visualization • Track artwork as blurred deck backgrounds • Customizable FX button mapping • Background audio playback • Optimized for iPad Pro 120Hz displays Important Note BeatMeister plays audio files stored locally on your device. ARPJAM Player is a device for leaving your JAMs running. Line up the JAMs you want to hear and give each one a play time. When the time is up it fades out on its own and hands over to the next one. Nothing else to do. ■ For as long as you like Play times run from one minute to twelve hours, set on a reel. Leave one JAM running all afternoon, or cut them short and keep moving. It is built for the kind of listening that lasts a whole opening shift. ■ Matched loudness JAMs vary in level. Each one is measured once when you add it, and matched on playback — the loud ones come down, the quiet ones come up. No sudden jump when the next one starts. Nothing chases the level while the music plays, so the volume never moves mid-performance. ■ With the screen off Background playback is supported. Lock the screen and it keeps going. Play, pause and skip from the Lock Screen or Control Center. ■ JAM Library Open the JAM Library from inside the app and add published JAMs directly. Browse by genre and see the artist, the notes, the BPM and the key. Official JAMs and submitted JAMs sit side by side. You can also import .arpjam files stored on your device, including files written by the earlier ARPJAM. ■ It never plays the same way twice The ARPJAM engine is not playing back a fixed score. It builds the performance as it goes, following rules. The same JAM sounds different every time you play it, so it does not become a loop you get tired of — even after hours. Same engine as ARPJAM Studio. ■ Made for · Saunas, spas, treatment rooms · Cafes, shops, galleries · Working, studying, winding down · Exhibitions and installations — — ARPJAM Player does not create JAMs. To make them, use ARPJAM Studio.
