PushupBoard - Push yourself. Prove it. PushupBoard turns your pushup routine into a social challenge. Film yourself, let AI count your reps automatically, and post the proof to a live feed where your friends and rivals can see exactly what you put in. AI-Powered Rep Counting No buttons to tap, no counting in your head. Place your phone in front of you, get into position, and PushupBoard's real-time pose detection starts counting the moment your arms hit the floor. Every rep is tracked accurately — full reps, half reps, fast sets. Post Your Proof After your set, preview your video with a live rep counter synced frame-by-frame to your actual reps, then post it to the feed. Your followers see exactly how many pushups you did and when you did them. Social Feed Scroll through your Friends feed to see what the people you follow are putting in. Jump to the Global feed to discover athletes from around the world. Like and comment to keep the energy up. Weekly Leaderboard See who's putting in the most work. The Global leaderboard ranks everyone by weekly reps. The Friends leaderboard keeps it between your circle. Check back every week — the rankings reset and anyone can climb. Groups — Compete Together Create a group, share an invite link, and challenge your friends, teammates, or coworkers to a weekly pushup battle. Every group has its own feed of members' posted videos and a private leaderboard so you always know who's on top. Groups also compete against each other on the Groups leaderboard — see which crew dominates the platform. Your Profile Track your all-time rep count, weekly progress, and full workout history. Manage your posted videos, set a profile picture, and write a short bio. Other users can view your public profile and follow you directly from the feed. Stay Accountable Optional daily reminders keep you and your group members on track. No silent rest days — your group will know.

Every push-up app shows you the scoreboard. This one hides it. PushUp Push is a head-to-head push-up race with one twist: you can't see how far ahead your rival is. The whole game lives in your head — are they crushing you, or bluffing? The only way to know is to make a move. HOW IT WORKS • Pick a number — 100 for a warm-up, 10,000 for legend status, or set your own. • Send a friend the invite. The second they join, the race is on. • Log your sets and climb toward the finish line. First one there wins. FREE PUSH-UP CHALLENGES Start a one-on-one or group push-up challenge for free, invite your friends, and race to the finish. Your rival's count stays hidden along the way, keeping every challenge competitive until the end. POWER PLAYS CHANGE EVERYTHING It's not just reps. It's a mind game. • Peek — see their count for 24 hours (but they'll know you looked). • Stealth Peek — see it silently. They'll never know. • Spyglass & Recon Drone — track their pace and finish time. • Poker Face, Smoke Screen, Blackout — go dark so they can't read you. • Taunt Bomb & Decoy — get in their head and make them panic. WILDCARD CHALLENGES Fire a Wildcard Power Play to add 25 burpees, sit-ups, or air squats to everyone’s race — then track who completes it. PROVE IT — OR DON'T Add an optional photo or quick clip to any set so your rival sees you actually did it. They can view it for 24 hours, then it's gone for good. We never keep it. SOLO OR SQUAD Go one-on-one, or start a group race where nobody sees the standings until they finish their own. Pick a rival. Pick a number. Find out who blinks first. — Questions or feedback? dawson@dawsonrussell.com Privacy: https://pushuppush.app/privacy Terms: https://pushuppush.app/terms
