About

DoseIt

Features

DoseIt is a personal medication and injection diary. Record the doses you have taken, when you took them and the injection site, alongside weight and daily check-ins. You enter every dose, interval and schedule, including any changes already agreed with your prescriber. DoseIt does not prescribe, recommend, select, calculate or adjust the amount to take. It does not perform reconstitution calculations. Reminders follow the schedule you enter; they are not advice about when to take medication. FREE - Record medication, amount taken, date, route and injection site. - Keep your own schedules, reminders and calendar. - Log weight, daily check-ins and workouts. - View reference information with sources and evidence grades. - Export records as CSV or JSON, sync across devices and use an optional app lock. DOSEIT PRO A subscription adds summaries of your recorded weight and training, including comparisons across the dose stages you entered, body-composition estimates and AI summaries of your logged data. These summaries do not establish what a medication caused and are not dose recommendations. AI Coach does not provide medical advice. ABOUT THE ESTIMATED LEVEL CHART The app also calculates a modelled drug-level curve from past dose records and published half-life data. It estimates levels, not a dose to take. It does not measure your blood concentration or account for all individual differences. Do not use the curve, scores or AI summaries to choose or change a dose, decide when to take medication, or assess whether a combination is safe. Discuss medication decisions with your prescriber. YOUR DATA Your log syncs across your devices, and the AI features send your logged context to a model provider to produce a response, as the privacy policy sets out. No ads, and we do not sell your data. You can switch analytics off. SUBSCRIPTION DoseIt is free to download, and everything under FREE is free to use. DoseIt Pro is an auto-renewing subscription, monthly or annual; prices vary by region and are shown in the app before you buy. It renews unless auto-renew is switched off at least 24 hours before the current period ends, and is charged within 24 hours before that. Manage or cancel in Apple ID account settings; deleting the app or your account does not cancel it. Terms of Use: https://doseit.io/terms Privacy Policy: https://doseit.io/privacy IMPORTANT DoseIt is for people recording medication they have been prescribed or are otherwise using lawfully; many compounds you can log are prescription-only where you live. DoseIt is a tracking and information tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Estimated blood levels and body-composition figures are models, not measurements, and may be inaccurate for you. Talk to a licensed healthcare professional before starting, stopping or changing anything you take. 18+. App available in 15 languages.

Dial is a GLP-1 dose tracker for injections and pills. Log Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus, Mounjaro, Zepbound, Saxenda, Victoza, Trulicity and prescribed compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide on iPhone, with a companion Apple Watch app. FREE DOSE LOG Record the medication, dose, date, time and notes. Injections also record the site; tablets such as Rybelsus log without one. See the time since your last dose and your next reminder. One medication and one reminder are free, and the log has no cap. IMPORT FROM ANOTHER APP Dial imports Shotsy backups and CSV exports from other GLP-1 trackers. A preview lets you check what each column means before anything is saved, and importing is free. DIAL PRO Estimated medication-level charts from your logged doses, plus a Home Screen widget. More medications and reminders. Dose logging and complications on Apple Watch. Weight next to dose history, side-effect patterns, progress photos side by side, and a PDF or CSV export for your doctor. One-time lifetime purchase or subscription. PRIVACY No account and no analytics. Medication records stay on your device, with optional sync through your own iCloud. Weight stays local, with optional Apple Health integration. Photos stay on your device. You choose when to share a PDF or CSV. BETWEEN APPOINTMENTS Log weight, side effects and their severity, and keep progress photos. Track pens, vials and tablet bottles with expiration dates, or scan the package label to fill in the details. VIALS AND COMPOUNDED MEDICATION Log prescribed compounded semaglutide or tirzepatide from a vial with its labeled concentration. The unit converter takes the dose in mg and the labeled mg/mL you enter and shows the equivalent U-100 syringe units. It is arithmetic on your own numbers and does not suggest a dose. Check with your pharmacist or prescriber before preparing any medication. ESTIMATED LEVELS Available for supported injectable medications and dose units. Tablets show no level: the share of an oral dose that reaches the bloodstream varies too much between people for an honest number. Each logged dose goes through a one-compartment model of absorption and elimination, using the half-life shown in the app. The result is an estimate, not a measurement of medication in your body. MEDICATIONS Semaglutide (Ozempic, Wegovy, Rybelsus), tirzepatide (Mounjaro, Zepbound), liraglutide (Saxenda, Victoza) and dulaglutide (Trulicity), with regional brand and pack names. Dial also logs exenatide and orforglipron (Foundayo in the U.S.). Add a custom medication if yours is missing. Being available to log does not mean a medication supports estimated-level charts. Dial is a personal tracker, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, recommend doses or medication changes, or give medical advice. Ask your healthcare professional about medication decisions. Brand names are trademarks of their manufacturers. Dial is not affiliated with or endorsed by Novo Nordisk, Eli Lilly or any other manufacturer.
