Coreshatter is an idle tower defense roguelite. Enemies close in on your Core from every side, and your Glyphs fire on their own. You pick the build at each Draft and choose when to Shatter. You start with one Core and unlock more later. While you are away, your Cores keep earning Scrap and the Mainframe mines Data. Both bank when you return. THE BASICS - DEFEND: The Front is a line that closes on your Core, and the run ends if it gets there. HOLD pushes it back and REPAIR restores Core integrity. - DRAFT: Drafts offer Glyphs (weapons) and Chips (stat upgrades). Chips side by side can form one of 23 Circuits, and two Glyphs fuse into one of 451 Fusions. - SHATTER: Every run banks its Scrap and Data, however it ends. Shatter to end it yourself. In standard runs, it adds up to 25% bonus Scrap. - CONVERGE: Prestige to reset with permanent power, and unlock more Cores, Strain and Reformat as your Convergences add up. ENEMIES - Face 31 enemy types. Motes swarm, Splitters split when killed, Wardens carry shields, and bosses speed up the Front. - Each run rolls a modifier that changes the enemy mix, so the best build changes too. WHAT YOU KEEP - Unlock up to 8 Cores, each with its own Keystone (a trade-off you can swap for free), Core Law and Strain levels. Link Cores on the Core Map to raise their away income. - Converging pays Shards for Lattice upgrades. Reformat also clears your Shards and Lattice upgrades and pays Axioms, which buy permanent Axiom rules. STRAIN, CRAFTING AND CORE LAWS - Strain: from your first Convergence, each Core has eight levels, each adding a harder rule. Clear one by reaching its target wave and Shattering. First clears pay rewards. - Crafting: build your own Glyphs from parts earned in Strain. Choose how each one fires, fill its sockets and forge it. - Core Laws: turn on a Core's Law for an effect with a cost, such as a shockwave around the Core after every 10 kills near it, for 15% less Glyph range. THE ENDGAME - Buy every Axiom rule to open Vestiges: relics you forge from Fragments and equip for a passive bonus. - Hunt a Vestige to earn its Fragments from each boss you kill from wave 16 on and from runs that reach wave 100. Forge it again to raise its rarity toward Apex. - Gambit: stake Axioms on a run. Clear the target wave, then Shatter to get them back plus a payout. Any other ending loses them. RANKED - Two modes, each with seven leagues and three matches a day. Aegis Trials give everyone the same daily Glyphs, Fusions and Chips. In the Ascendant Ladder, you bring your own upgrades. - Ladder Seasons last six weeks. Rewards include cosmetics, Flux and Vestige Fragments. IDLE AND OFFLINE - Auto-Run earns part of the Scrap your live runs would, up to a time limit you can extend. - The optional Mainframe Subscription adds daily Flux, longer away limits, one more Core on Auto-Run and one more slot for Research, the timed upgrades you queue. ACCESSIBILITY - Colorblind safe mode adds shapes and labels to colors. - Reduced motion, screen shake and haptics toggles. Free to play. The Mainframe Subscription is an auto-renewable monthly subscription. Pricing is shown in the app and varies by region. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store account settings.
