Cormexo vs PrimeNivora

Cormexo is the AI-native field execution system for specialized construction subcontractors. Capture work hours, photo evidence, and daily reports — give the office a verifiable end-of-day summary that replaces paper, scattered messages, and manual rewrites. WHAT CORMEXO DOES • Time tracking — Hours linked to a project, worker, and time window. GPS-anchored so the location is part of the record. • Photo proof — Pictures tied to the workday, project, and person who took them. They never get lost in chats again. • Daily close — At the end of the day, the office gets a structured summary it can review, approve, and export. • Documents — Contracts, licenses, passports, certificates — accessible to the worker and synced with the office. • Audit trail — Every change is traceable: who, what, when, and in which work context. BUILT FOR THE FIELD Cormexo is offline-first. Work doesn't stop when the signal drops — data syncs the moment connectivity returns. The mobile app is built for site rhythm, not for desk use: tasks, hours, photos, chat, and weather in one view. WHAT THE OFFICE GETS • Less argument over hours. • Photos and notes in the right project context. • A verifiable daily summary instead of paper or memory. • A cleaner basis for payroll, invoicing, and project review. • Export ready for ERP and accounting systems. WHO IT'S FOR Specialized subcontractor companies — electrical, mechanical, plumbing, finishing, ventilation, scaffolding teams whose crews work across multiple sites and need a trustworthy daily record without office overhead. LANGUAGES Estonian and Russian. Designed for the European construction market. PRIVACY Cormexo records work-context data only.
