A swim log that imports the workouts your Apple Watch recorded and analyzes them: 3D stroke motion, per-stroke form, heart rate, pace and SWOLF. ■ Custom workouts Build your own sets with stroke, distance, rest and target pace, or copy an existing program and adjust it. Send it to Apple Watch and follow it in the pool. ■ Open water Open water swims recorded with GPS appear on a satellite map, with the route colored by pace. Play a flyover along the course and save it as a video to share. ■ 3D stroke reconstruction The motion sensors in your Apple Watch record your wrist path. One stroke cycle is rebuilt in 3D so you can rotate it and view it from the side, top and front. ■ Per-stroke form analysis Freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke and butterfly are analyzed separately: high elbow versus straight arm, wrist direction at entry, and the acceleration profile across catch, pull, push and recovery. ■ Coach report Each session is scored against eight movement patterns right after it ends. Thresholds shift with your level — beginner, intermediate, advanced — and the report names the drill to try next. ■ Calibration Enter your arm length once and the trajectory calculation becomes more accurate. ■ Multi-chart timeline Stroke, heart rate, pace and lap distance are aligned on one time axis. Drag the scrubber to read the values at any point in the session. ■ Automatic import and sorting Swim workouts stored on your iPhone are imported with no manual entry. Lessons and free swims are labeled automatically from time-of-day and weekday patterns, and sensor gaps caused by wall turns and underwater phases are merged back into a single lap. ■ Analytics dashboard Pace, distance, heart-rate trend, SWOLF by stroke, and time-of-day and weekday patterns, by week, month, year or all time. ■ Personal bests A PB is tracked for every stroke and distance combination, shown together with its average pace. ■ Swimmer profile Your accumulated data is classified as endurance, sprinter, technique or power. ■ 240 medals 30 categories across 8 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, Master, Grandmaster, Legend. ■ Avatar and collection A character that grows through six stages with your swim volume, plus a collection of swimsuits, caps, goggles, watches and gear. Requirements · iPhone, and an Apple Watch to record the swim workouts · Health (HealthKit) access — to read swim workouts and heart rate · Location access (optional) — to find nearby pools Data handling All swim data is analyzed and stored on your device. What leaves the device is exactly what the App Privacy label lists.

About

SwimPaceTimer

Features

SwimPaceTimer is an Apple Watch interval timer for the pool. Three settings, that's it: distance, reps, and your send-off cycle. MADE FOR SWIMMERS WHO - are tired of watching the pace clock and counting in their head - just want to hold a send-off without fiddling with settings mid-set WHAT IT DOES - Build a set: distance x reps x send-off cycle (e.g. 25yd x 5 @ 1:30) - Tap start, get 5 seconds on the wall, then push off on the buzz - A heads-up buzz 5 seconds out, then a start buzz - hold your cycle without looking at your wrist - Countdown ring, rep dots, heart rate, split and total time at a glance - Live heart rate on screen while you swim WORKS ALONGSIDE THE WORKOUT APP SwimPaceTimer is a send-off timer, not a tracker. It never takes over a workout you are already recording. Start a pool swim in the built-in Workout app if you want it saved to Health — that also turns on Water Lock for you — then let SwimPaceTimer handle the send-offs. BUILT FOR THE WATER Screens are hard to read and harder to tap when you're wet. Set everything on the wall before you push off, then swim - your wrist tells you when to go. Yards or meters follows your region automatically.
