ThrowKit

ThrowKit uses your Apple Watch to measure how repeatable your throwing motion is. Wear the Watch on your throwing arm, start a session and throw the way you always do. The Watch detects your throws and shows your darts and visits as you go. Afterward, your iPhone analyzes the motion. The main number is your consistency score, from 0 to 100. It tells you how repeatable your motion was — not how well you threw, and not where your darts landed. ON YOUR IPHONE • Consistency for every session, compared with your baseline once you have enough sessions • Five measures on their own: wrist speed, drive length, drive effort, follow-through and rhythm — for every throw, with or without a wind-up. • Throw signature: every throw of a session laid over the others • Rhythm: the seconds between your darts • Tonight: the measure that was least repeatable in your recent sessions, with a drill to try • Every session, week by week GUIDED DRILLS ON YOUR WATCH Around the Clock, Thirty at one target and the Hundred-dart set run right on your Watch. It shows you the target, and you tap Hit when your dart is in. In Around the Clock, each hit moves you on to the next number. Your iPhone then shows how many darts the run took. ALSO • Set up for your left or right wrist • Light or dark appearance, or follow your iPhone • Export sessions as CSV or JSON • Save sessions to Apple Health as workouts (ThrowKit Pro) • Record your heart rate during a session and see it afterwards on your iPhone (ThrowKit Pro) PRIVATE Your recordings stay on your Apple Watch and iPhone. Nothing leaves your devices unless you export it. No account, no ads, no analytics. ThrowKit requires an Apple Watch, worn on your throwing arm while you throw.
