Your responsibilities shouldn't have to stay in your head. DYD247 gives every task a clear place and purpose, helping you reduce mental clutter and stay focused on what matters. CAPTURE TASKS IN SECONDS Capture an idea as soon as it appears. Use the Dashboard's Add Task field or Quick Add to create a task immediately, then add the details when you're ready. ORGANIZE WITH CLARITY Give each task the information it needs. Add due dates, times, reminders, repeat schedules, priorities, statuses, folders, contexts, projects, goals and tags. SMART TASK VIEWS Find the right work at the right time with focused task views: • My Day — See and manage the tasks that matter today. • Important — Gather your starred tasks in one place. • Inbox — Keep pending work that still needs action within reach. • All Tasks — Review, filter, select and manage your complete task list. • Completed — Keep a record of finished work. • Hotlist — Quickly access highly important or urgent tasks. BUILD A SYSTEM AROUND YOUR WORK DYD247 goes beyond a simple to-do list. Organize larger outcomes with Projects, break activities into Checklists, separate areas of life and work with Folders, and use Contexts to identify the situation or resources needed for a task. Track recurring routines with Habits and connect everyday actions to broader Goals. FOCUS ON THE NEXT ACTION When it's time to execute, Focus Mode helps you concentrate on one task at a time. Choose a task, use your configured focus duration, track your progress and get the work done without constantly replanning your day. FIND WHAT MATTERS Use Search to quickly locate specific tasks, or use the Hotlist to bring urgent work to the forefront. PERSONALIZE YOUR WORKFLOW Configure priorities, tags, statuses, contexts, folders, goals, projects and your default Focus Timer so DYD247 fits the way you work. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR DATA DYD247 includes Import and Export tools for creating local backups and restoring your app data when needed. The current application is designed as a local productivity system. Cloud synchronization, accounts and team collaboration are not part of the current version. CAPTURE. ORGANIZE. PLAN. FOCUS. COMPLETE. REVIEW. DYD247 helps transform scattered responsibilities into an organized system of actionable work — so your mind can focus on ideas instead of remembering every task. Do Your Duty, 24/7
