I built Dry because I wanted a private, simple, judgement-free way to track drink-free days without accounts, subscriptions, ads, motivational quotes, or noise. Dry helps you set a weekly dry-day target, log each day as Dry or Drank, and see your progress clearly over time. The calendar keeps daily tracking fast, while Insights turns your history into practical patterns: weekly reviews, goal hit rate, dry-day rate, logging coverage, month-to-month progress, strongest and hardest days, weeks and months, weekly trends, rolling averages, and your overall average. Optional daily reminders can nudge you only when today is still unlogged. A subtle Home Screen widget keeps this week's progress visible and lets you quick-log today without opening the app. The Apple Watch app lets you check the week and log today from your wrist. Simple visual themes let you make the tracker feel more like yours without adding clutter. Privacy is part of the design. Dry does not require an account, does not include third-party analytics or ads, and does not sell your data. Your tracking data stays on your device, with private iCloud sync available when enabled so your own devices can stay up to date. With Dry you can: - Set a weekly dry-day target from 0 to 7 days - Mark each day as Dry, Drank, or unlogged - See weekly progress and calendar history at a glance - Get weekly reviews, consistency metrics, patterns, and records - Explore zoomable weekly, rolling and overall-average trends - Add optional daily reminders for unlogged days - Add a Home Screen widget for quick progress checks and instant logging - Check weekly progress and log today from Apple Watch - Choose from simple visual themes for your tracker - Sync privately across your devices with iCloud when available - Use the app without creating an account Dry is for people who want a calm, practical tracker: no streak pressure, no shame, no motivational quotes, and no judgement.

Stop drinking alcohol one day at a time. Alcogram is a simple alcohol tracker and sober days calendar: log a drink in seconds, mark your alcohol free days and see how often you really drink, how much pure alcohol that adds up to and what it costs you. No judgment, no pressure. Whether you want to quit alcohol for good, take a dry month or just drink less, Alcogram shows you the honest picture and keeps you motivated. KEY FEATURES Daily check-in Every day, at a time you choose, Alcogram asks one question: did you drink yesterday? Answer Yes or No right in the notification, without opening the app. If you did drink, pick the drink type and one of three volume levels in the app and add a note if you like. It takes five seconds, so you actually keep doing it. Sober days Mark a day as sober with one tap, right from the reminder, and it shows on your calendar. Statistics count how many days of the chosen period you drank and show your longest rest from alcohol, a record worth beating. Alcohol calendar and drinking diary Every day of the month at a glance: dry days, drinking days, what you had and how much. Scroll back through months of history like a diary. Statistics that tell the truth Total alcohol consumption, pure ethanol, money spent and your top drinks for a month, a year or any date range you pick. See how often you drink, on which weekdays, and compare yourself with other users. Breaks and challenges Taking a month off alcohol or your own no alcohol challenge? Mark each alcohol free day and watch your calendar fill up with them. Custom drinks and currencies Record prices in your own currency and volumes in ml or oz, so Alcogram works as an alcohol calculator for your spending. Premium, an optional in-app purchase, removes the ads and lets you add your own drinks with their pictures, volume and strength. It is available as a subscription or as a one-time lifetime purchase. Friends and rooms Add friends to support each other, share your calendar, join chat rooms and follow your friends' check-ins. Works everywhere Sign in and your diary syncs between your iPhone and your other devices. The diary works offline too. WHY ALCOGRAM - Simple: one question a day, no endless forms. - Honest: real numbers about your habits, not guesses. - Gentle: no shaming, no lectures, just your own data. - Ready from day one: the diary, calendar, reminder and statistics work without Premium. WHAT YOU GAIN - Better health: understand your drinking and lower the risks as you cut back. - Money saved: see exactly what alcohol costs you each month. - Motivation: a calendar that fills up with sober days and a longest rest you want to beat. - Clarity: see how often you really drink, month after month. Alcogram is not a medical service. If you are dependent on alcohol, talk to a doctor before stopping suddenly. Start today: mark your first sober day on the calendar.
