Get your daily carb target from your goal weight. Build blood-sugar-care habits — no needles required. Understanding blood sugar has traditionally meant wearing a sensor on your arm. Glucose Challenge helps you build lasting habits through your daily meals and actions — no sensor needed. ■ Start with your goal weight Enter your current and goal weight, and we'll suggest a daily carb target that fits you (Gentle 130g / Recommended 100g / Strict 70g). If you have a larger gap to close, we suggest starting with a sustainable target and stepping down after a month. Strict limits mean nothing if you can't keep them up. That target becomes the goal line on your daily graph — so you always know how much you have left today. ■ Built on data from 300+ participants Since 2020, over 300 people have worn a medical glucose sensor (FreeStyle Libre) while logging their meals and daily actions. That data shows, in numbers, which habits raise blood sugar and which ones help prevent spikes. A healthcare professional reviews that data and turns it into the actions you should take today. ■ Blood sugar isn't only about food Sleep, exercise, stress — all of it affects your blood sugar. So the habits you receive go beyond what's on your plate. ■ Two things to do each day 【1. Photograph your meal】 One photo is all it takes. AI estimates the carbs — no typing, no calculating. Every entry stacks up on your graph, so you can see at a glance whether you've passed your target. 【2. Check off today's actions】 "Vegetables first." "A short walk after eating." Habits arrive each day. Just tap whether you did it or not. ■ These two become your scores Your logged carbs and your habit completion rate feed into your Glycation Score and Spike Score. Your estimated HbA1c and 5-year diabetes risk appear on the dashboard too. No needles — and you can still see where you stand, in numbers. That's what 300+ participants' real data makes possible. ■ The longer you go, the further you get Your avatar evolves from Lv1 to Lv3 as your completion rate rises, and each level unlocks the next stage of habits. You start where you are, and build from there. ■ No more wondering what to eat Pick your goal (clear skin, weight care, anti-aging, wellness, diabetes prevention) and your situation (weekday lunch, dinner), and you'll get specific options for convenience stores, dining out, and home cooking. Repeat it daily, and eventually you'll choose well without opening the app. That's the goal of this program. ■ Also included ・Daily and weekly weight graphs with a goal line ・Carb breakdown per meal, plus advice to help prevent spikes 【Who this is for】 ・You spend on skincare, but your skin still isn't where you want it ・You've tried diets before and gained it back ・Your blood sugar or HbA1c came up at your last checkup ・You're busy, and detailed logging or calorie counting never sticks 【Subscription plans】 A 3-day free trial gives you access to everything. ・Basic (¥1,100/mo): Unlimited AI photo analysis, daily habits, dashboard ・Standard (¥1,650/mo): Basic plus meal programs for weight care, beauty, anti-aging, and wellness ・Premium (¥2,200/mo): Everything, including the healthcare- supervised diabetes-prevention program and 5-year risk insights *Results vary by individual. No outcome is guaranteed. 【Medical disclaimer】 Estimated HbA1c, diabetes risk scores, and AI meal analysis in this app are simulations based on the data you enter. This app is not a medical device and does not provide medical diagnosis or definitive test results. For accurate measurement or any health concerns, please consult a physician. Keep your injection schedule and records in one place, including GLP-1 medicines such as Mounjaro (tirzepatide) and Wegovy or Ozempic (semaglutide), plus weight and meals. Keep records locally without signing in. Free includes: repeat intervals or up to 60 dates in a year; confirmed injections, sites and symptoms; supplies; weight and body charts (whole weight history); meals and favorites; adding past injections at once; CSV/TSV import; CSV/PDF visit reports; widgets; app lock; encrypted file backup and restore. Review imported rows and drafts before saving. Optional calendar sync sends only titles and times, never medicine, dose, site or notes. In Together you can share posts with others after signing in, with filtering, reporting and blocking. New: one-tap water log, daily check-in, weekly recap, progress photos kept on this device, wins beyond the scale, and Reading and quizzes (guides and a daily quiz). Add your own injections (name, unit, schedule). Apple Watch: see your next injection and how long since your last one, in the app and on your watch face. With Plus or Pro, record a dose from the watch. Optional Apple Health import is read-only and never writes to Apple Health. File backups use AES-256-GCM and a recovery code. Food labels are read on the device, and Apple Intelligence drafts are created on the device where supported. Manual entry is always available. Optional monthly or annual Plus removes ads and adds weekly reports and milestones, side-effect patterns and weight goal and trend estimates. Plus also includes end-to-end encrypted sync across devices and server backup. You can also choose app themes and Today layouts. Optional monthly or annual Pro includes everything in Plus, a visit report PDF with charts, comparisons and a rolling 12-month view, supply forecasts and refill reminders, custom widget colors and layouts, meal templates and the AI record assistant: up to 150 requests a month for a weekly summary, general meal ideas and help using the app. It asks before each send. AI notes and the AI record assistant are optional and need sign-in and separate consent. Free gets one AI motivation note a week; other notes, like Today’s note, are made on your device. AI gives no medical advice and may be wrong. What is sent to AI goes to Gemini on Google Cloud Vertex AI (Global): the processing country can change with each request, and this content is outside end-to-end encryption. Sign in with Apple or Google is optional. Sync requires separate health-data consent and device encryption; the server cannot read health records or the recovery code. On a new device, enter the code and review the merge. You can withdraw sync consent at any time. Account deletion does not cancel store billing. Free shows non-personalized ads, never while recording; DoseWeek doesn't use your device's advertising identifier. Once per calendar month (UTC), an optional rewarded ad can unlock 7 days of Plus after server verification, with no automatic billing. App quality and stability analytics (Google Firebase) is optional, asked apart from the required service notice and can be changed in Settings. It never receives health values, record content or an advertising ID, and ads are not personalized. Estimated amount remaining in the body (mg) is for reference only, not medical advice. Goal dates and side-effect patterns use recorded data and appear only with enough records; no dose or timing advice, cause conclusions or safety predictions. DoseWeek is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medication, dose, timing or missed-dose decisions. Verdict
The clearest difference is ads: Glucose Challenge at none against DoseWeek's shown. Glucose Challenge also leads on review sentiment (100% vs 88%) and monetization model (freemium vs paid). DoseWeek's advantage is update cadence (every 6 days vs every 2 weeks). On price, in-app purchases and device support there is nothing between them.
