Turn any property walk-through into a polished, line-itemed estimate in minutes, right from your phone. BluMatrix is the all-in-one field tool for contractors, restoration crews, roofers, insurance adjusters, and homeowners. Scan the rooms, measure the roof from satellite, snap photos, talk through what you see, and ask your AI assistant for the takeoffs. Then send a branded, claim-ready PDF, or open the job in Xactimate, before you leave the driveway. No tape measure. No ladder. No desktop software. KEY FEATURES Xactimate ESX Export Your line items, floor plan and roof go out as an ESX file that opens in Xactimate as a real estimate, drawn, priced and ready to edit. No retyping. Instant Roof Estimates Type an address and BluMatrix measures the roof (area, pitch, and squares) straight from satellite imagery, then builds a priced roofing scope. Plus a full roof report: every plane with its pitch, direction, lengths and area, ready to edit and send to Xactimate. No drone, no ladder, no site visit. Edit Any Plan on Your Phone Move walls and roof lines, add doors, windows and planes, rename rooms. The plan, the roof report and the estimate follow every change. Meet Your Assistant Every job gets its own AI chat. Attach scans, photos, reports, and files, then just ask. It does the takeoff math from your actual measurements, checks real material prices, writes supplements, letters, and scopes as polished PDFs, and hands the whole job brief to your estimate in one tap. LiDAR Floor Plans Map any room in about 60 seconds with your iPhone or iPad Pro's LiDAR sensor. Walls, doors, windows, dimensions, and total area are captured automatically and rendered as a clean, fully-dimensioned, branded PDF. Floor Plans on Any iPhone No LiDAR? Trace the corners of the room and BluMatrix draws a true floor plan with real measurements. Every iPhone is now a measuring tool. Walk. Talk. Document. Start a walkthrough, speak what you see, and snap photos as you go. BluMatrix turns your voice into clean, professional field notes matched to every photo. The clipboard is gone. AI Photo Reports Snap photos on site and let AI label damage, materials, and access constraints, turning a camera roll into a structured report clients and adjusters can read at a glance. Manual Photo Reports are built in too. Insurance-Grade Pricing Every estimate is priced against the same pricebooks adjusters use, with support for every major carrier and program, so your scope is claim-ready from the first tap. No rework. No rejected line items. Multi-Language Support Every screen in English or Spanish, following your phone, with a switch in Account. Organized by Property Just start scanning. Every scan, report, and estimate files itself to the right property automatically. Floors, plans, photos, and paperwork, all in one place. Built for Teams Invite your crew and share every property, scan, report and estimate. Estimates That Get Paid Share in one tap by email, Messages, AirDrop, or Files. Every estimate is a branded, professional PDF your client can open on any device.
