When did I last water the plant? Walk the dog? Call Dad? Restock the office snacks? When was the last time I did...everything? "Just Did" answers one question: when did I last do that? No streaks to maintain. No habits to break. No guilt-trip notifications. Just a calm, simple log of the things you do, with optional gentle nudges. A minimalistic approach to logging task completions and to-dos. ONE GESTURE, ONE LOG • Tap and hold a task card to mark it done. The card fills as you hold — a small, satisfying confirmation. No accidental ticks, no forms, no checkmarks, no fanfare. It's a different feel from every other tracker, and it's the whole point. SET A CADENCE, OR DON'T • Add an interval to any task — every 3 hours, every 4 days, every 7 days — and "Just Did" will gently remind you when it's been a while. Or skip the cadence entirely and just keep a record. Reminders are always optional, never pushy. SHARED SPACES, FOR ANY GROUP THAT NEEDS ONE • Create a Space and invite anyone with a 6-character code — your partner, family, roommates, dorm-mates, coworkers, project teammates, or a group of friends. • See who did what, and when. No assignments. No nagging. No leaderboards. Just a shared sense of "yeah, that's been done." • Use it at home, at the office, in a shared studio, on a trip — wherever a small group needs to keep track of the same tasks or to-dos. FREE FOR MAJORITY OF USE CASES • Unlimited personal tasks on your device, free forever. Spaces are free for up to 2 members and 3 shared tasks — enough for some groups. • The Pro upgrades are honestly optional. • Tasks Pro — full display customisation: background packs, premium completion animations, custom card colours, personalised colour scale. • Spaces Pro — removes the member and task caps. The owner pays; everyone in the Space benefits without paying themselves. PRIVACY BY DEFAULT • Personal tasks stay on your device. Shared Spaces only sync what's shared. Sign in with Apple, Google, or email — or skip sign-in entirely and use JustDid locally. Just Did is for anyone who doesn't want another habit tracker. No streaks. No guilt. No pressure. Just a quiet record of the things you've already done — alone, or together. Know your day at a glance. Pocketd reads your calendar, reminders and Health on your iPhone and tells you what's next, what's due and how you slept, in plain words. Ask about your day, or tell it to add a reminder, and it does. The AI runs on the phone, and what you say to it stays there. No account, no subscription. ONE SCREEN FOR YOUR DAY • Today opens with a short brief and four tiles: Up next, Due, Sleep and Activity • Tap a tile for the whole story: your day's events, your reminders with tick-off and Undo, last night's sleep and today's activity against your usual, and the last 7 days • Those pages are read straight from Calendar, Reminders and Health, so the numbers are exact, not guessed by a model ASK ABOUT YOUR DAY • "What's on tomorrow?" "How did I sleep this week?" "Remind me to call the plumber at 5." • It adds reminders and events and ticks reminders off. Anything it adds shows as a card you can undo, and it never deletes anything you made • Type or speak. Speech is recognized on the device • Ask from Siri, Shortcuts or Control Center. Pocketd opens straight to the answer BRIEFED EVERY MORNING • The morning brief tells you when it's ready and opens Today • The overdue nudge tells you when something slipped • Widgets put your next thing on the Home Screen and the Lock Screen AI THAT RUNS ON YOUR PHONE • Built into iPhone: on iPhone 15 Pro and later with iOS 26 and Apple Intelligence turned on, Pocketd can use the language model Apple builds into iOS. Nothing to download • Private download: one recommended open model, about 1.1 GB, that runs on your iPhone through llama.cpp • Either way, answers are written on the phone and work in airplane mode PRIVATE, THE BORING KIND • No account and no sign-in • Your calendar, reminders and Health data are read on the device and stay there • A request from another device can never reach your calendar, reminders or Health data • Nothing you type or say is uploaded. The only data sent anywhere is anonymous usage counts, and a switch on the Privacy page turns them off POCKETD PRO Everything above is free. Pocketd Pro is a one-time purchase, not a subscription, and adds: • Use from your laptop: chat with the model on your phone from a browser on the same Wi-Fi, or from your developer tools through a local API • More routines: Evening wrap-up, Weekly review and your own • More brains: other open models, and search for more If you installed Pocketd before version 1.1.0, Pro is already yours. Requires iOS 18 or later. Downloading a model needs an internet connection once; after that, everything works offline. Privacy Policy: https://dheerajjha.github.io/pocketd/
