Precision Rifle Timer is a shooting timer for Apple Watch and iPhone. Pick a duration, shake your watch to start, and hear spoken announcements at intervals you choose — even with your wrist down, the screen off, or Bluetooth ear-pro on. Built for precision rifle shooters and any timed shooting drill where you need your eyes and hands on the rifle-- not on a stopwatch. WHAT YOU GET • Spoken interval announcements (e.g. "30 seconds remaining") • Background audio that keeps playing with wrist down or screen off • Shake-to-start with audible "Engage" cue • Final-second countdown ending with spoken "Time" • Live heart-rate (BPM) and calorie display on the watch during each session • Session history on iPhone — every completed shooting session saved as an Apple Health workout with duration, heart rate, and calories • Toggle to turn session-saving off if you'd rather not record to Health • 1–6 quick-start presets for common timer setups • iPhone ↔ Apple Watch settings sync — configure on whichever device is convenient • Bluetooth headphone audio supported • Adjustable audio latency compensation for tight timing PURCHASE REQUIRED Precision Rifle Timer requires a paid plan to use. After installing, you'll be asked to choose one of: • Monthly — $4.99 per month, with a 7-day free trial • Yearly — $49.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial (saves about $10 vs. paying monthly) • Lifetime — $149.99 one-time purchase, no auto-renewal The 7-day free trial converts to a paid subscription unless canceled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel anytime in iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. The Lifetime option is a one-time purchase that does not auto-renew. HEALTHKIT Precision Rifle Timer uses Apple's HealthKit framework on the Apple Watch to give you a real-time view of your effort during a shooting session and to keep a record of each session you complete. With your permission, the watch app reads your heart rate and active energy from Apple Health during a session and shows them live on the timer screen, and saves each completed session to Apple Health as a workout (duration, heart-rate samples, and active energy). You can review past sessions on the "Sessions" tab in the iPhone app. All HealthKit data stays on your device — nothing is transmitted to the developer or to any third party. You can disable session saving at any time in the watch app's settings, and you can revoke HealthKit access entirely through the Health app or iPhone Settings. About

Calypso Ballistics

Features

Calypso Ballistics turns your Calypso ultrasonic anemometer into a wind instrument for precision shooting: it measures the real wind at your position and breaks it down against your line of fire, ready to take to your ballistic calculator. THE WIND, FROM THE LINE OF FIRE Set the anemometer pointing downrange. The app splits the wind into its crosswind component — with the side it comes from — and its head or tail component, and gives you the wind value and the clock hour it blows from. SHOOTER'S CLOCK AND MAGNETIC ROSE A dial with the shooter's clock — 12 o'clock is the line of fire — inside a magnetic rose turned to your bearing to target. At a glance: which hour the wind is from, what that wind is worth, and how strong. LULL, NOW AND GUST The crosswind bracket over a window you choose, so you see the band the wind moves in instead of chasing the instant reading. AIR DENSITY AND DENSITY ALTITUDE With a WeatherDot paired, or with temperature, pressure and humidity entered by hand, it computes humid-air density and density altitude, with the whole calculation in view. It tells station pressure from barometric, the mistake that hurts a ballistic solution most. NO BLACK BOXES Every formula the app uses is explained inside it. LOGBOOK AND CHARTS Every connection is recorded as a session, with wind, direction, temperature, pressure and humidity. Live charts and CSV export. Data stays on your device. ALSO · Three modes: simple, standard and pro · Long-press configurable readouts · Guide to placing the anemometer pointing at the target · Demo mode to try the app without a sensor · Configurable wind, temperature and pressure units · Screen kept awake while in use · English and Spanish Calypso Ballistics does not compute trajectories or firing corrections: it measures the wind and the atmosphere so your ballistic calculator works with real data. It is a measurement instrument for sport shooting. Requires a Calypso Instruments Bluetooth anemometer. The WeatherDot is optional.
