Seventh Ascent is a Personal Enterprise OS: a journal, habit tracker, goal roadmap and AI coach that aligns your daily actions with your long-term vision - built for ambitious people tired of busywork that doesn't compound. You're running fast. But are you running in the right direction? You've mastered to-do lists, optimized your schedule, and grinded through tasks - yet you still feel a disconnect between what you do daily and who you actually want to become. That's high-functioning burnout: immense speed, no velocity. You're reacting to your environment instead of executing a deliberate destiny, spending your most valuable currency - attention - on things that don't serve your vision. WELCOME TO SEVENTH ASCENT: THE ARCHITECTURE OF YOUR EVOLUTION Seventh Ascent is the framework that turns ambition into aligned action. Set your direction, plan milestones, build habits and log your days; the AI synthesis shines a light on your day. It shows you what can be, reveals the barriers keeping you from your ascent, and asks the right questions to point you forward. CORE FEATURES THE COMPASS & THE PANTHEON Your Compass holds your Purpose, Vision, Mission, Values and Principles (PVMVP), the foundation everything else works from. Blank-page anxiety? Install a complete PVMVP stack from the Pantheon in one tap, then make it your own. THE ROADMAP Goal planning that answers to your vision. A vision without execution is just a dream: plant a Milestone that serves your Vision before you forge the steps to conquer it. No more hollow tasks masquerading as progress. THE HABIT ENGINE A habit tracker that never punishes you with broken streaks. Built on behavioral science, it measures Habit Strength across your entire history - every completion compounds, and one missed day never zeroes you out. Anchor each habit to a cue you already have ("After I pour my coffee..."), record your Why (resurfaced exactly when you waver), and stack habits into routines. Watch each behavior evolve from Igniting to Automatic - or install proven habit packs from the Pantheon. FORMATION (NEW) Audio lessons for the work you've set out to do. Formation teaches one idea at a time, in 30-minute episodes that build on one another, each chosen from your Compass, Roadmap and coaching history. The antidote to algorithmic junk food: trade the scroll for a mental model you can use. No Compass yet? It starts by helping you work out what you want. ZERO-FRICTION LOGGING, CUSTOM STAMPS & VENT MODE A journal built for speed. Open directly to a log screen with the keyboard active, or switch to Vent Mode: AI voice-to-text for stream-of-consciousness journaling. Tap to timestamp the moment - or long-press to deploy Custom Stamps: reusable entry templates (workouts, moods, wins) that drop structured data into your log in one tap. THE DAILY EXECUTIVE BRIEFING An AI daily review of your journal, delivered as an audio podcast. Get an objective Alignment Score, identify the constraints holding you back, and internalize your strategy during your commute. DYNAMIC AI COACHING Move beyond passive reflection. Your coach reads your daily logs to gauge your cognitive load. When you're stressed, it provides structural support to prevent failure. When you're comfortable, it applies pressure to nudge your evolution. CHESS-LENS STRATEGY Your routine, studied like a grandmaster studies a board: positional advantages and structural vulnerabilities, defensive checks (Habits) and offensive positioning (Core Skills). YOUR DATA, YOUR CALL Before any AI feature runs, you see what's sent and to whom, and choose. Clear the AI's memory of you anytime. BUILT FOR THE SELF-MASTERY-MINDED If you're committed to uncompromising self-mastery - or you have burning ambition but lack strategic consistency - Seventh Ascent is your engine. Stop drifting. Turn ambition into ethical velocity. Terms of Use (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
HeyGroop
Read full descriptionHide full description
A Groop is people coming together to decide one thing — a trip, a dinner, a plan — then moving on. Not another group chat that never ends. HeyGroop closes the decisions that die in a group thread. Where to eat. When to leave. Who's driving. It turns the scattered back-and-forth into one card of decisions your group has actually agreed to, each shown with the reason behind it. One card your whole group can trust Every decision on the card is either settled or still open, and every settled one keeps the reason it was settled — so nobody re-litigates why you picked what you picked. The card is the record. The thread is just how you got there. It reads the thread and proposes — you confirm Your group talks in the thread. On demand, the Groop Decision Engine™ reads the recent messages and proposes the decisions and constraints it thinks it found. Nothing reaches the card until a person confirms it. The Engine does not decide for your group, and it does not promise to catch everything in a thread. It surfaces candidates a human checks. Nothing is on the card until it is pinned Any message can be pinned as a constraint — "Friday doesn't work," "keep it walkable." Constraints sit beside the card and shape what the group settles on, and they only count once someone pins them. See what needs you — and what's already settled Open HeyGroop and you see the one thing waiting on you. It notifies you when a decision needs you — not when somebody typed. No feed, no counters, nothing engineered to keep you here. Open it once, deal with what needs you, and leave. No account to delete — no username, no password, no setup There is no sign-up. No email, no phone number, no password, no contact list to hand over. You invite people with a normal text message; they open the link, enter a name, and they're in. People you invite never pay. If you use more than one device, a 4-digit code pairs them. Your identity key moves between your own devices encrypted, relayed through our server as ciphertext we cannot read. See when everyone's actually free If you turn it on, HeyGroop reads your calendar as busy-or-free only — never titles, never details, never who you are meeting — so the group can find a time everyone is open. If you turn it on, live location is shared with that Groop's members only, while you are coordinating, with an off control always in view. It is deleted the moment you stop sharing. HeyGroop does not find venues, suggest places, or pick a spot for you — it shows who's where, and your group decides. Ultra-Private · no ads, no harvesting, never sold Every permission is opt-in, revocable, and scoped to a single Groop. Your identity key lives on your devices, encrypted, and never on our servers. You can delete your data from inside the app, in two taps — no email, no form, no waiting. Being plain about the part that is not private: your messages, decisions and constraints are stored on our servers in a form we can read, because that is what lets the Engine read a thread and propose anything at all. They travel over encrypted connections and are locked down by security rules, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. We would rather tell you that than let you assume otherwise. What it costs Creating Groops, chatting, pinning constraints and keeping the card by organizing it yourself is free, and stays free. What you pay for is the Engine. - Three free Engine runs to start. - Single — $4.99 for access to the Groop Decision Engine™ on one Groop for 90 days, with unlimited re-runs during that window. - Annual — $19.99 a year for the Engine on unlimited Groops. Prices are shown in your own currency and are set for your market, so they may differ from the figures above. Open it once. Decided. Verdict
Seventh Ascent and HeyGroop are too close to call on the numbers: across 5 compared parameters — price, ads, in-app purchases and device support among them — neither pulls far enough ahead to decide it. What separates them is feature set and interface, not measurable difference.
