PartySpot turns any celebration into a shared experience: your guests help choose the music, all photos land in one place – and everything from the schedule to the ride home is planned. PartySpot is made for private celebrations: birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, garden parties. You invite your guests personally – by invitation, QR code or link, optionally with a secret code as well. HOW IT WORKS As the host, you create the party and share the invitation. The music plays through your own Spotify Premium or Apple Music – right on your phone. Guests join without an account of their own: scan the QR code, pick a name, done. They suggest songs, vote and share photos and short videos. BEFORE THE PARTY - Invitation as image or PDF, with QR code and schedule to print - “Info” tab: schedule, guest list with RSVPs, bring list, tasks & helpers, rides, calendar entry - Gift & kitty: guests chip in together – visible to guests only, the host sees none of it - Reminder before the party ON THE NIGHT - Real-time music voting – no extra subscription for the app - Six playback modes: from simple “Most popular next” to “Peak”, “Newcomer” and “Playlist & guest wishes in turn” – per part of the night - Live view on a TV or projector (HDMI, AirPlay) – on iPad, music, live view and photos side by side - iPhone Duo: live view when folded, music and photos side by side when unfolded - Shared photo & video gallery with voting and comments – in PartySpot storage or your own cloud (Dropbox, Google Drive) - Short messages between you and your guests - For you as the host: lock the music device (the live view keeps running, shows the QR code to join, unlock with Face ID) and use a second device of your own as a remote YOU STAY IN CONTROL - Remove pictures and end the party at any time - Messages can be reported and senders blocked; you can turn messages off for your party AFTER THE PARTY - Automatic recap: a slideshow in time with your music - Photo collage of the favourite pictures to share - Every song played, as a file - Download photos in full resolution if you allow it – ratings and comments stay inside the image PRICING Your first small party is free. After that, you pay once per party – no subscription. GOOD TO KNOW For the music, you as the host need your own Spotify Premium or Apple Music subscription. PartySpot does not stream music itself.
