Load That Bar helps lifters quickly determine exactly what plates to load on each side of a barbell. Enter your target weight, choose your barbell type, and the app calculates a clear per-side loading guide with a visual plate layout. You can switch between pounds and kilograms, customize available plate sizes, and use Ladder Mode for multi-set progression planning.
